Their sales team oversells the service when quoting but they delivered poorly. The technician was the nicest guy and it’s not his fault, the company is just another contractor who only cares about making money, not the customer. I enrolled in their yearly protection plan including mice (which I had a problem with) and they charged me $250 to come and put some mouse traps, promised follow ups but 3 weeks went by and never heard back from them. I did get my credit car charged immediately though. I called to cancel and ask them if they could give me some kind of refund (partial) for such a bad delivery but they denied and only offered to schedule another appointment to continue the service. In other words, they make a mistake and instead of making things right, they want more of my business. In all fairness, it is part of the agreement I signed but I expected some good karma doing business here. Now I know how they treat customers.
