I would have to share the same low satisfaction. Scheduling dates are not kept and customer service is not customer oriented.

Blades of Green, an organization that ostensibly promises to enhance the health and appearance of your yard, unfortunately excels in a vastly different area: relentless payment collection. From my personal experience, their service can only be described as abysmal, bordering on fraudulent. Despite engaging their services, my yard exhibited no signs of improvement. The results were underwhelming and definitely not in line with the promises made at the outset of our agreement. In response to the lackluster results, I took what I believed to be the sensible course of action—I canceled the service. However, Blades of Green’s incompetence didn't end with their yard care; it extended into their billing practices as well. They billed me for services that were clearly not provided, showcasing a shocking lack of both ethics and accuracy in their business operations. When I rightfully disputed these charges, Blades of Green escalated the situation by forwarding the matter to not one, but several collection agencies. This aggressive and unwarranted pursuit for payment reached its zenith when they reported the alleged debt to credit agencies, attempting to extort money by leveraging my credit score. This experience has made it abundantly clear that Blades of Green is not in the business of yard care, but rather in the business of exploiting consumers financially. Their proficiency lies solely in extracting payments from customers, often unjustly. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear—there are countless other providers who offer genuine quality without the accompanying financial nightmares. Avoid Blades of Green at all costs, unless you’re willing to gamble both your yard’s health and your financial well-being.
