Chase, from Venture Pest Control, did a good job. He was courteous and took time to answer my questions about the snakes, rats, cobwebs and if they come back again after the treadment. Chase is knowledgeable. He also took care of pests trapped in the sticky traps inside the garage. He gave guidance on how to control spiders and mosquitoes and snakes and bees. Thank you Chase.

Dylan arrived on time, let us know he had arrived, explained his service for the day, asked if there were any areas of concern, and then listened. BEWARE: of this company. They don’t do their job and even sent the same tech back after I called them and he still didn’t do his job. When I called to cancel with them they charged me $150!! (I had only had 2 services with them) So, THEY DON’T DO THEIR JOB AND THEN CHARGE YOU $150 FOR CANCELING. It’s unbelievable.

They did fine on first couple of preventive services but the quality falls once you get regular. My house has spiders and webs all over and I have mentioned this on two past service feedbacks but without any response or attention. Very poor customer service. I had an important event tomorrow and I had to go and do it myself despite paying them regularly. Such a waste of my time and money. Do not recommend

I've used venture pest control for several years for all pest related issues as well as rodent control. Recently we started seeing mice/rat droppings so we called them to come out. A different technician came out to evaluate and to put the baits in the attic as well as outside. Upon checking the outside bait boxes it was empty which caused an issue in the attic with mice/rat/chipmunk where we have to clean all the droppings and there were a lot. Technician that came out today was honest and I appreciated him being truthful and it made sense since we had no issues past 8 years until now. When I called Venture, spoke to Quentin first and without confirming with other technicians he started making excuses and kept saying the baits were refilled, then I spoke to Catie she also made the same assumption without taking responsibility. We've never had rodent droppings until now and we have to spend money and time to get our attic cleaned and get electrian to fix wiring since they chewed up bathroom light wiring. Both made no attempt to try to resolve the issue nor try to confirm with the technician who came by 04/28/25 @ 4:47pm and left at 5:16pm. They don't know we have several ring cameras outside the house and I watched over and over just to make sure and the baits were NEVER REFILLED. I couldn't believe how they didn't want to take any ownership or responsibility whether this was an honest mistake or not. This was totally preventable of baits were refilled but they refused to own up. Catie hung up the phone and said they are closing my account. They've already charged me for the quarter so they can't legally close my account unless provide me a refund. They even raised quarterly fee without notice from $108 to $118. Be aware of this company, there are plenty of honest and good pest control companies who will do the right thing for the customers.

Such a bad Pathetic service initiated and I told your technician to stop immediately after he just started and your technician never leaves my property and keep spraying around upon requesting multiple times. These people are horrible never go with them and service was performed by De'Aundre Evans. They also generated a invoice for no reason. I told the technician to stop immediately and leave property and they still generated a invoice for me. Please take look at the screenshot attached. Please stop generating invoices for no job done and claiming you completed service and act on it to take it seriously. Shame on you.

We were told that the service would be thorough and cover what we needed. We had an ant problem throughout our home and most around the house in the garden area too. I felt the entire time when the tech as at our house I had to keep asking for him to spray in locations rather then him doing it. Very little communication from the tech, it was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I even asked him if he actually sprayed in some areas as it took him maybe 2 minutes to do the whole downstairs. He went outside to do the outdoors, he was done within a couple minutes. This was not the service I was sold by Tait, he made it seem I would get amazing service. I called to let them know of the issue and to stop auto scheduling me since the service was horrible. I am not paying for poor service. Instead I was sent a bill for not scheduling the service instead of the company trying to fix the issue. First off, venture pest control sold a service that cannot follow on that is an issue. Second, billing a customer instead of resolving the issue is not good company service. I say stay away, it’s not worth the headache. You will not be provided what is sold.

Door to door salesman arrived to my house, and I politely declined. I had to ask him 4 more times to leave while he continued to ask to provide services. Your salesman need serious training - this tactic is completely outdated. Good luck.

Billed for services not completed. Terrible customer service (they will hang up on you). They will not honor their agreement. They singed my name to a cancelation policy and charged me a fee to cancel. This is after I called and emailed 7 times to get basic service. BE CAREFUL! They are not a honest reputable company. They will sound ok when finically talk to them, but that’s as good as it gets.

Dysfunctional Business Model/Plan. Great customer service and staff. We live in short pump and we have not seen a difference since the company started with us in late Spring. We were told we would see a VAST difference after 2 treatments. We have not seen a difference at all. They will not allow you out of the contract unless you pay $139 fee. They still require you to pay this fee even when their service is not doing what they claim it will do. The salesman told us that they would let us out of our contract if we were not happy. It has taken us over 3-months to get in contact with the company as well to discuss how unhappy we are. At the end of day, they are not upholding their end of the deal. There is no integrity in this company from what I have experienced. Not worth it. Go to another company. ** The salesman misrepresent the company it appears at the end of the day. We pay people to put stuff on our yard that does nothing... I give them a 5 star for their techs! They are excellent. As well as the office staff. It's their business plan/model that traps unhappy customers.... They require customer uphold their end, but they do not! Bad business.

In some cases, it may require some trial and error to determine what products will work best, since no two homes and services are exactly the same. We are always happy to put forth any effort required to find a resolution for your pest problems. However, our Service Agreement does require repayment of the discount given on the Initial Service, should a customer choose to cancel before completing their contractual obligation. This ensures that we do not lose money on the time and products invested on the discounted Initial Service, should a customer decide they no longer wish to fulfill their end of the agreement.

I bought their service plan through a door to door sales guy who promised big things but service has been pathetic. Our initial service was done by their employee who was in and out of our property in less than 20 mins with a lot of webs unattended to. We asked the company for a reservice and another guy came in .. he did spend more time than the previous guy however spider webs were back in less than 5 days. And on top of it the company is charging us for the re- service as the quarterly charge. I do not recommend their service.... their products, their policies are both poor.

This is door-to-door solicitation. Very pushy. I ended up signing it. Make sure you get a copy of contract when signed. When they wanted to apply pest treatment in Nov and and Jan, I said no. There are no bugs in cold weather. I offer to finish up the contract by applying the remaining treatments starting in Spring, but they are adamant not changing the schedule and keep giving me the preventive barrier reason. Now they cancelled it and charged me $150 for cancellation. I am disputing it. I have to say they are polite but do not have business flexibility or listen to their customer concerns. Any issues or concerns you have will be circled back to the contract you signed. Why does it matter to them if I change the remaining treatments to apply in Spring/Summer 2018. To apply 2 treatments in cold weathers are waste of my money.
