Everytime I have a scheduled appointment, it never goes as planned. I take time off of work to make sure I am home and technicians do not show up or try to show up at a different time. At this point they are wasting my time and money. I was supposed to have a service today that I made sure to come back to town for and no show- and of course the office is closed and the operator cannot access my account. Now I am traveling again this week so I will be in the same situation having to reschedule weeks out for the same thing to happen again. I’ve give them multiple opportunities and still end up in the same situation.

Mr. Booker (technician) has been servicing our home for a while; quarterly pest treatment, removal of hornet nest and most recently mole service. Mr. Booker is always friendly, thorough and answers all our questions! Very pleased with Loyal!

They always give a reminder call & a call to say they’re on their way. They finish the job and then come to the door to see if I have any questions. Very professional & friendly.

Al called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. He inspected the garage and crawl space and noticed the filter in the dehumidifier was dirty. He rinsed it off and reset the dehumidifier. He is very knowledgeable and efficient!

The service of the company has gone down since they merged. I wish I knew this before giving them the job. There is no connection between different departments. Employees are rude, they can not spell or understand anything as they all work from home. They promised to do the liquid and Gel treatment for roaches but on site the treatment was only liquid. Unprofessional, poor quality services. i would not recommend them at all.

Rick Harmon was my technician for 10 plus years. After he left service was not intensive. Still waiting fir my termite inspection for at least 6 months because they keep canceling. First time Thomas came out for ter.itw inspection he could not get onto the crawl space. Odd .I had been using the service since 2007...They keep rescheduling him but keep canceling him. I use a different vendor for pest control and was going to stay for termite inspections but Loyal can't seem to make it happen
I have used this company before and I did not have the same experience this go around. I am in the process of refinancing my house, which calls for a WDIR inspection. During the inspection, termites were found. The technician sent me the contract, because I was at work. I signed it and returned it as requested. I didn't hear back from the company, but I was working. I called them a few days later and the lady on the phone scheduled the service. The day of the service, I asked the technician who to contact about a written report to give my mortgage company stating services were provided. The office called me at 4pm on a Friday to tell me that I had to pay before getting said report. I have read the contract inside and out, and nowhere does it state that. I have gone back and forth with two ladies on the phone who have basically said that the rule isn't in the contract and I should just know it because I have worked with them before. I was given no warning that I had to come up with 1,000 dollars for this service to close on the house, which is where the money to pay for this service is. The ladies that I have spoken to have been highly unprofessional and the exact opposite of helpful. I will not be returning to this company in the future. The technicians that came to my house were awesome, courteous and left zero mess. I do think they deserve a high five.

I have been with this company over 10 years. They have been a wonderful company until recently. I submitted a payment through my bank online for 6/22/2021. They still haven’t received the check. Today, 7/21/2021, I called for a re-service 2 times so far and no return call. Next time I call for this re-service, I will ask for a manager and they will be losing a long time customer. I am very disappointed in what this company is now.

I confirmed with Karen Mitchell she has a call back service visit scheduled for Saturday, 7/24/21 with Ricky arriving between 9 -11am.
Made an appointment a month ago for July 8. My tech was supposed to be Debbie. I received an automated call on July 7 confirming my appointment. I took the day off so I could be home and no one called or showed up. I called the office and was told my appointment was on July 9. They moved my appointment and never called me to let me know. I spoke to Tamara and I asked her if I could speak to a manager and she let me know that the manager was busy with someone else and would call me tomorrow. I’m a first time customer and this is a terrible way to start business. I would never refer them to anyone. My suggestion would be call a different company! I waited a MONTH for a no call no show!

UPDATE: Starting out I absolutely loved this company, recently I have had a lot of problems. Numerous calls and voice messages left with no call back. Three weeks and they finally return my call, they say they are short staffed, when I did get a call back the lady was very rude and didn’t seem to care at all- and to top it off the original reason why I was calling was to add services! Now they are short a customer. I have canceled service and will take my business to a company that can be more reliable. Don’t see this business lasting with customer service like this. Cory is awesome!!!! He is funny and informative- I appreciate how important the safety of my pets are when he comes. Thank you so much Cory!! I only wish we would have found you sooner because your the best!

Hi Kelly, we deeply regret that we failed to live up to our customer promise of complete satisfaction. While we understand why you have terminated your contract, we are continuing to investigate what happened with your account. We have notified the Operations Manager in your area, and he/she will be contacting you.
We've used this company for many years. We always have an ant problem in late spring. In June, it took over 3 weeks of calling and leaving messages. Finally we called again and held on for over 10 minutes to be told that someone would call us back. They called later that day. They came out and sprayed for ants and spiders. Three days later we started seeing ants on our porches. I called the office and an office worker stated it takes 7-10 days. If after 10 days we are still seeing ants, give them a call and they can do a follow-up appointment for an additional charge!!! The lady was very curt. One week later, we are still seeing rows of tiny ants all over the front and back porches. Never had a problem with customer service before. We will go elsewhere next time.
