Friendly and on-time for inspections. They are responsive when you have a siting or evidence of a mouse in your house.

They come as scheduled for our pest and termite control. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have done an excellent job with our pest control service.

Great customer service, easy to schedule visits, and have had no issues with bugs or rodents in my home since I started with their quarterly service a few years ago.

Had Arrow as my post control provider for over 4 years. Was told on my most recent (final) service that "company policy" is to only spray problem areas (areas I notice) instead of the whole home. I was paying for preventive maintenance and this reeks of reactive approach and cost cutting at the expense of the customer. Service no longer aligns with the pricing.

I appreciate the customer service, first and foremost. Pam and Laura have gotten to know me and know how I operate, and I really appreciate that. While the technicians are always quick to let me know what else would be good for our situation, they don't over sell and try to sign us up for stuff we don't need. Been with you since you were EUI, since roughly 2009. I appreciate what you do.

Professional, attention to detail, flexible to our needs

We have noticed a big difference after the first treatment. Johnathan is very professional, knowledgeable and committed to taking care of the problem. He explained everything in detail and answered all questions I had. Actually, I was impressed from my first contact with Arrow. I spoke to Rob, the salesman, who listened to my problem and recommended what I needed. He did not try to sell me on unnecessary contracts. Pam called to set my next appt and took care of it a couple days after, which I appreciate. I called Arrow after calling a couple big name pest control companies and was told I had to sign a contract ect.

I love the staff at Arrow. Pam is always courteous and professional when I speak with her and Ian is also very professional and knowledgeable. The product is effective so I have no complaints at all. So glad we chose ARROW to provide preventive treatment to our home!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We had a 1 year contract with them. Over the course of the year, they would never call before coming out. They would just show up. Which meant when we would need the inside sprayed, it wouldn't get done. Fast forward to this last month. It was our last month before our contract ended. They showed up again, no call or heads up, and took their termite traps. Upon calling them, their rude response "well your contract ended and you canceled with us". They completely destroyed our yard and left. I understand they "had" to take their traps back but my yard was not like this a year ago before they installed them. I asked to speak to a supervisor because the lady I was speaking with had a whole bunch of attitude. Then upon speaking to the supervisor, she was rude too. I told them they needed to come fix my yard because they left 20+ deep holes and patches of dirt everywhere. Her response again was "you canceled with us". So what if I cancel that does not give you right to destroy my yard. Another supervisor called me on Friday saying they would be out on Monday to fix the holes and pick up their mess. It is now Thursday and no one has showed up. I've got young kids and the thought of them tripped over one of these holes, kills me. When I got home last week and saw the mess they created, I myself tripped and almost broke my ankle. I would HIGHLY NOT reccomend this company. Their communication sucks and their customer service members are very rude. And lord forbid you cancel they will tear up your yard.

I highly recommend Arrow. They are a great group of people. They are quick to respond if something unusual comes up. They are very professional. Mike was assigned to us over 20 plus years ago. He is the very best. We always enjoy seeing him. He does an excellent job. Arrow is truly the best company.

The staff were very nice and they have a nice inside set-up.

I paid $250 for two service visits to take care of a rodent problem. The Rep who came by was very professional and offered advice on sealing home against rodents. My issue is the only other thing they do for you is leave 2 bait traps. It was not made clear to me at the time these bait traps are only "rentals". If you don't continue service after the second visit they take the traps on that visit. The service seems like a poor value for $250 when you can buy those same traps and a years worth of bait for $30-40.
