We have both Pest Control and Termite control services from PermaTreat. Our loyalty goes back 24+ years but since they were purchased by Orkin our Termite control services includes them continuing to try to sell us additional services. The Pest Control continues to be top notch though. We very much appreciate Steve from the Pest Control side.

We are having our property sprayed monthly. This really works for mosquito tick, control. The price is excellent and the staff are even better.

Every year they are a no show for the annual inspection that is paid for up front ,fail to give estimate to retreat house and no one calls you back including the manager!!!! Use a different company.

Been with a Permatreat for years. Annual termite inspection brought two inspectors to my home which cut the inspection time in half. The annual fee for termite protection is a small price to pay against destructive termites and other vermin.

Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable of my past issues (ants). He is friendly and very prompt. Glad he is my technician!

Jordan checked all the termite traps around my house. He checked the crawl space to make sure everything was clear under there also. Made sure the dehumidifier was functioning properly. Jordan was professional and personable. This inspection was my first yearly inspection which was included in my price of my crawl space installation.

Perma treat has been seving my yard for 4 years now. I get a treatment for outdoor pests since I lve close to a wooded area. The service has been great and affordable. Steve is the best I never have to worry if he closes the gates and replaces the locks. He always lets me know when to expect him and is just great to deal with.

told no traps exist.

For 3 years after they put the traps in the ground the service person came with no equipment working could not find the traps to check them and I call and nothing happened. They had taken my money and did not provide a service. I called and ask for the manager to call me back never heard from them. I also left messages asking for a refund for not getting the service that was in a contact with them for 3 years and they did not provide that service. Never will use them again. Still have not heard from management now under new management and still won’t call after I said I do not want their service any longer. Well someone shows up at our house unannounced trying to find traps to check.
