Troy was to be here between 2 and 4. He arrived around 2:30 pm.. He was very precise in his work. He shared information to improve issues around the house. Excellent technician. The trainee that was here with him also did a good job.

We had Greenshield fix our moldy crawlspace, seal it off, and install a dehumidifier a little over a year ago. We even ended up having a burst water line that partially flooded the crawlspace and they came right out after the plumber repaired the line and I called them to do an inspection. Anytime I need anything, I know I can depend on Johnnie to respond sometimes within minutes! Great company, I am thoroughly impressed with their level of commitment and professionalism. Highly recommend them!

Pest control was satisfactory with Greenshield. However I don’t recommend mold remediation and crawl space encapsulation. We still had mold after they said job was complete and crawl space was not properly encapsulated. Jacob was rude and unreasonable and wouldn’t come back to inspect their work. Ten days after he said work was completed, they turned us over to a collection agency without giving us credit for electrical work that was never done. We have been a customer for 4+ years and this is the way we have been treated.

Rebecca, you spoke horrible about the employees at GreenShield once they showed up to your property, based on their physical and social differences. Jacob went to your home after your first complaint to ensure things were going well on the job. At that time you clamied things were just fine, after speaking with Jacob. Jacob even agreed to come out the following Friday after the electrician came to your home, perform a QC, to ensure the work met your satisfaction. After you complained that the work should have taken two days instead of one (5 men in a 7' crawl addition) your husband threatened him if he were to step foot on your property. You denied access to your property, then claimed you were going to withhold payment for Jacob not returning. I'm sorry if you are upset that we won't tolerate threats to our employees or discrimination based on physical and social differences.
I called this service because we had bats. It was last minute to I was ok that the inspector was running late twice. Then he finally came and gave me a quote. I paid my deposit Monday for the following Friday bat removal which was another week to get get services. Come Friday no call no service it is now 230 i which the appt was set for 8-10am. Nick did not reach out to me several times after I called the mAin office and asked to do so. Then 336 comes around after I’ve called for the 3rd time now I am requesting my refund she tells me he stated to refund me at 236 an hour ago and I’ve called twice after that time. Nick finally calls me and tells me the contract wasn’t approved after the fact that I paid my deposit! Sounds like I would have been scammed and money kept. He states it is a $500 minimum why wasn’t that told before and he’ll no I don’t want your services you’ve taken my money not shown up and the day is pretty much over. I could have had this completed long ago. They are scammers and unprofessional and technically would never get business from me and or anyone I know I will ensure they are written off. Thanks for stealing my money and not providing services! Trash is the name of this company

I apologize for the inconvenience and lack of communication on our end. We now have a policy in place based on who is to notify the customer if the agreement is not approved by management. Your money has been refunded. When we do bat work (guano or bats) we must equip our technicians with special suits, fresh respirator cartridges and various forms of PPE. Our company would lose money on any bat job under $500. This is why each agreement states that it is subject to management approval. All inspectors are now aware that they are to communicate with the customer (not the office), if an agreement is not approved by management. Again, I apologize on the behalf of the company for any misunderstanding or miscommunication. This is something that should not happen again.
This company is a joke. If you want the inside sprayed for pests you must call them in advance or be lucky and catch the tech while you are home. We have used this company since 2016. At that time we were told the cancellation policy was simple - call the company within 30 days of the next treatment. Great! Hold on… fast forward to September 2021….we called well before the next scheduled treatment and canceled the service. Not so fast…we received a call reminding of our upcoming October service. ??? We called again and was told we had to submit a written cancellation. This company will squeeze every nickel and dime from your pocket and still want more. Not worth the time or effort or $$. I wish we could give “0” stars!

All of our customers have signed an agreement that states they will provide a written notice, if they decide to cancel. I have looked for you in our system but cant find you. Probably the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a company. We signed up for them and they did a treatment. However, we were not satisfied with the result and asked for a respray per their guarantee. They came out again and then we were billed for both the original and second treatment. So we called, explained the situation and were willing to pay for the original treatment and to cancel any further treatments. Representative on the phone agreed and said she would waive the second treatment fee and cancel our service. We then received a bill for BOTH treatments and an additional treatment fee for cancellation. When I called and asked about this, they said the charges had been altered and added by the office manager and that my outstanding bill had been sent to collections. (For which they had my debit card information, so I guess they sent it to collections so they could charge me additional collection fees later.) Complaint to the BBB submitted.

Do not waste your money! This is straight from their site, "If at any time you are having problems with any pest covered under our guarantee, call the office to schedule a free retreat''. Which is FALSE, they told me they will not retreat for free, even though there are still pests. They wanted to charge me to come back out to re treat. Their products do not work, especially if you cant guarantee they do with a free re treat.

Horrible Company, customer service is rude, schedules without getting with the customer. Customer service rep just hung up on me. AS SOON AS I CAN GET AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE GONE! The only reason they are getting a star is so I can post this review.....

Nathan, the only notes I see on your account are where you skipped several services with us. You may have experienced pest related issues if you were not taking regular services. I have not history of any of our reps ever hanging up on customers. . Poor customer service. The price may be good but you get that you pay for. They lock you in for a six month contract. That was not said up front. That would be no problem if the service Was descent. They never once sprayed the inside of the home. If they sprayed anything. ( who knows) I was never contacted when they were coming out to do service. I just paid the 100 cancellation fee not have to deal with this company again.
Sneaky scammers! Salesperson came to our door, said they would just send us information on the service. I never signed up for the service or signed any contract. They claim to have done a service (which I never agreed to), well if they did the spiders are worse afterwards! They charged us $125 for a treatment I never agreed to! No help at all when I told them I never agreed or signed up to the service.
****DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE**** They may be polite, but that's as much as they have going for them. The service was completely misrepresented by the sales representative. They claim to spray all over the house including the attic, garage, along the baseboards, along the pipes. Instead they walked through the house occasionally spraying a single spot along the baseboards in a few rooms. They didn't even show up to their first appointment and didn't bother the call. I had to call in to schedule a second appointment for my first treatment. For the second appointment they didn't even make an attempt to schedule, claimed they showed up and serviced the outside of my house but no one was home for the rest. I know for a fact there were people in my home when they claim to have come out for the second visit. They refuse to refund me for the second visit that never happened and want to charge $100 to refuse future visits. You're better off getting some spray at Lowe's and doing it yourself. These people have no intention of doing anything but stealing your money. Do not use their service.
