Excellent pest control business!

The customer service lady is rude and unprofessional. I found out I had covid one night, and for the safety of the technician, the following morning, I called to reschedule my service, but because it was last minute, she lectured me and threatened to cut our monthly services off. The safety of the technician was not her concern. The 2nd time I had to reschedule was 2 weeks ago, I had a sudden emergency due to my sons severe heart condition, I quickly called to reschedule, but instead of rescheduling it, she started scolding me and threatened to charge my landlord an extra fee because it was last minute. All I wanted to do was reschedule and she just kept on scolding me and talking to me like im a child. I finally told her that I no longer need your services. If someone calls to reschedule, they're being responsible. They shouldn't be treated that way. If you have a sudden emergency, don't reschedule, she will make you feel awful for doing it.

I have called a million times and it rings 3 times and goes to voicemail they never answer

We have a contract with Kirchner brothers. Asked them to help with carpenter bees. Was USELESS. We paid, bees continued drilling our house. 2-3 seasons it continued. This year we paid another company to help us to protect our house and no one bee came this year. The owners are old and really do not care. This year one of owners came to do a termite inspection. In the house I fallowed him. He was looking carefully, but went alone to check our garage. Told me that he will be there 10-15 min. I went to the garage in 5 min and that gentleman was gone.. I do not know how he checked a huge garage so fast. Ehrlich is more professional and all boys who came to our house spend more time to check my property. And more important - no carpenter bees this year!

We called for a yellow jacket issue. They were quick to respond and friendly over the phone. Little pricey for services in our opinion and because of no contact, they just treated, left the yellow jacket holes open and sent a bill.

I have been working in the customer service industry for the past twenty years in one form or another, and I can recognize superior customer service. As a semi-regular customer, the staff at Kirchner Brothers Pest Control has always been attentive and cordial. They are always prepared to answer any questions, as I am not an expert on extermination of insects. I recently needed to address concerns of a termite infestation, and the manger made my experience feel easy.
