What an amazing company to have found 11 years ago when I moved to Lancaster County. All County Termite and Pest Control has been servicing our house since he did the home inspection. I can count on Jim coming to the house every year like clockwork amazing communication as to when he's coming so he makes us aware for our dogs. Just the most considerate businessman I have had the pleasure to deal with, so if you are in need of an exterminator Give them a call you will not be disappointed

Wonderful experience with James and his team. I called many companies and he was the most honest and most reasonable in the area. He explained their pest control treatment and worked with me to find a time that works best for me. They were on time each visit and did a great job. I would highly recommend!

Moved the the area 6 years ago. Found our home had a pest/insect issue. After trying two other services, these guys came in and I've not had a problem since. They are responsive, professional, affordable, and simply get the job done. Highly recommend.

Pricey ( why 4 stars not 5 ) but WORTH IT because I did not want to deal with insecticide and All County has a 30 day guarantee, plus they service my Southern Lancaster county area while some of the other Pest Control services surprisingly did not. Donte the tech. was thorough and got the job done to illuminate bees / wasps [?] from underneath the outdoor vinyl siding of my home. On day 1 there were no more bees. Day 10 and still no bees. There was NO smell in the house and my pet did not seem to mind. I will repair the small hole in the siding that the wasps / bees bore through with a vinyl repair patch sheet to prevent water damage to my home from rain. I recommend All County.

I had a hornets nest that I was unsuccessful to remediate… I reached out to All county and glad I did! Jim was very accommodating with scheduling and payment. The tech, Dante’ was punctual and very easy to talk to and down to earth yet professional. I believe he took care of nest and time will tell as it was in the hollowed out sections of a tree and unknown how high up it went. I would totally use and recommend “all county” again if needed

Terrible experience, unprofessional, does not maintain a reliable schedule for VA Pest Inspection. I sent a Web Inquiry for a VA Pest Inspection on Tuesday Morning, James Raifsnider replied that he could complete the next day. I asked for Thursday, he said mid afternoon, I agreed to the inspection and he said he would text on his way between 2-4PM. At 11:55am James texted me that he would be at my house around 12:45-1PM. I stated that I arranged between 2-4PM, and that I worked 45 minutes from my house. He offered the next day at 11:00 Am which did not work for my schedule. He stated that he was running ahead of schedule and asked how soon I could be there. I then coordinated with my employees to cover two of my meetings so I could leave. I responded that I could be home by 1:15 and he then sent me a text that the inspection was cancelled. I tried calling twice and he did not take my call.

Initial service was effective, but very expensive. Would be easier to buy the Taurus SC chemical and do it yourself. Jim is very knowledgeable, but pushy. When he comes to your house to inspect he doesn't wear shoe covers and tracks dirt that requires vacuum/shampooing your carpets. For several years I had Jim's warranty and paid immediately. Recently he canceled the warranty because the invoice wasn't paid fast enough (it hadn't even been a month since I received it). Paypal notifications go to my spam so besides automated messages no direct contact was made with me before cancelling my warranty. When he did he was very short and rude. Will not do business with again.
