Always happy with services given through Fox Pest Control. They are always adamant and on time with appointments and treatment cycles and willing to help if I ever have any questions or concerns. Casey in particular is very professional and kind! Always gives me a heads up with plenty of notice in case I will not be home for inside\outside treatments. The follow up as well after treatment is also great! Always makes me feel my home is taken care of and my needs are actually being listened to and handled.

Very poor scheduling/customer service skills. Technician Tim was great. Don’t forget the $250 cancelation fee they’ll charge you once you say you’re unhappy with them.

Fox Pest Control has a great subscription service and home servicing model. You pay an annual or monthly subscription fee and get quarterly pest inspections and treatments, along with a technician that will come out and service your home if there is an issues throughout the year. Evan has serviced my home a few times and is always very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in his treatments. I have not had any other issues since they started treating my home. I would recommend their services to all of my friends and neighbors!

Tucker told me that his products were safe for pets. I later found out that he used different products and should have used the “organic “ products. But when questioned about it, He changed his story to state he didn’t treat inside the house. The problem with this statement is, I was home when he came inside my home and treated all three levels. Moral of this is, you might not want to Trust this company to care about your pets, your family or the truth.

We had a salesperson from Fox come to our door while I was at work. My partner was home at the time and answered, and was eventually talked into a pest control plan under the condition that he could discuss it with me and cancel with no charge if I wasn’t on board. He immediately told me about it and I didn’t think it was something we needed and was not a fan of the subscription-based plan, so he promptly called the office and (after some last-minute attempts to get him to keep the plan), they did cancel. The thing that frustrated me was that the same salesperson caught wind of this and, on the same day, proceeded to return to my home twice within an hour to try and sway us back into signing up for the plan. I distinctly remember my partner explaining to him that we came to the decision of canceling because there were some more pressing financial obligations that we needed to take care of, and the salesperson responded with, “you can’t afford X dollars per month?” I personally feel that this, along with the aggressive solicitation, wasn’t appropriate, and hope that Fox can use this feedback to improve their sales team.

Fox Pest Control sales person knocked on our door at 8:30pm, ignoring a no soliciting sign, and would not take no for an answer. Doing so broke several municipality laws, and this has been reported to authorities.

They rang our doorbell, and we did not answer since we obviously were not interested. The sales rep couldn’t take a hint, stood there forever and then right when our dog calmed down he came and pounded on our door again, setting off our dog again and interrupting dinner. My husband answered and asked him to leave. He would not take no for an answer and started arguing with my husband and asking question after question. Pretty inconsiderate. I’ll never do business with a company that doesn’t respect peoples privacy and property and doesn’t leave after the first knock/ring isn’t answered, and especially again after our first request to leave. Thinking of turning a complaint into the township.

Pretty sure you all were out in our neighborhood today - couldn’t tell what company but guy on a hoverboard wearing a black shirt. But by speaking to other people, it seems to be fox pest control. Came by our house twice. The second time he came he knocked EXTREMELY aggressively multiple times. I did not answer. I waited for him to leave and he opens our STORM DOOR!!!! And says “I know you’re home. Why are you scared to talk to me” WHO OPENS SOMEONES DOOR TO THEIR LIVING ROOM??????? Your sales people need to get their act together because that’s INTIMIDATION and not a good sales tactic AT ALL.

These fools rang our very clearly “no soliciting” marked bell at NINE pm! Zero respect. Look at the reviews carefully. The five stars are suspiciously similar. AND HE EVEN CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY! Banged on our door while we were in a meeting (people work at home now) ignoring both our previous requests and the sign! They are on point with one thing - they have an “awesome SEO guy”. TWENTY EIGHT 5 star reviews in 48 hours for a little bug spray company…… *The insincere apology response that will likely follow simply boost their Google algorithm. Their bad business practices are part of their culture and the reviews prove it.

PUSHY and aggressive door to door sales people. I would NEVER use this company after our experience. My husband talked to a door to do salesman (something I don't do) when I wasn't home and agreed to let him quote him. They guy pressured him into making a decision right then and there, to which my husband said no. At NINE THIRTY that same night, the guy was back, knocking on our door asking us to buy. NINE THIRTY AT NIGHT. Knocking aggressively on our door. My husband told him we were not interested. The VERY NEXT DAY the guy came back TWICE. Knocked in the morning. My husband didn't answer. Knocked in the late afternoon. I opened the door and practically shouted at him to go away and that we are not interested. This is INSANE. Who knocks on someone's door like this!????

A technician showed up to my home at 9:30 pm .. he insisted on talking to me and didn’t even identify himself...or say why he was at my home. It was unsettling to say the least. We politely asked him to leave and he kept attempting to tell us what neighbors were using the service .. He also said that we were 'hard to get ahold of... ' It was simply a negative experience.

It's 6:50pm and they come knocking on the door. When you don't answer because you eating dinner as a family they ring the doorbell again and then knock again. Deception that it is something important like a neighbor found your lost dog. But no, it's a solicitation for services. It's almost 7pm at night! Terrible business practice and a company I would never do business with. I'd rather someone leave me a door hanger than disturb me during family time.
