Ehrlich continues to be one of the most disorganized and frustrating companies I’ve ever dealt with. They rescheduled my annual termite inspection on the very day it was supposed to happen, and the only “notice” they provided was a confirmation email that looked identical to the one I received on Friday—except the service date was quietly changed. I cannot recommend this company for dealing with wildlife issues. I had a groundhog digging near my foundation and hired Ehrlich to trap and remove it. I had to pay up front. Neither the company nor the technician contacted me after the initial set up of the traps. For one week, which is all the nearly $600 bought me, they caught a few other types of animals. But no one let me know how it was going or if there were other things I could do. At the end of the week, they packed up and left, again w

William (Rob) Pace is the best exterminator! The Ehrlich Company is hard to deal with as they want to send other techs here and they only let me know a day before they’re coming out. Even Rob never knows where he will be. If they want to keep me as a customer they will straighten out their business model and let me schedule with Rob quarterly. Thanks
