We have a bat problem in our attic. We called Akita and they sent someone out. He said it will take up to 5 hours for him to write up their bid and get it sent over. This was February 12, it is now March 7. I have called and been sent to voicemail three times. After leaving a message with my issue, name, and number, no calls have been returned. Absolute terrible service. The technician was a half hour late and we did not have a warning this would happen. We had ants in our kitchen and our child's room. A technician came out to treat the ants and only treated the few areas we pointed out and not the whole house. For the price we paid, I would have expected the technician to treat the entire house which was not the case.
