He has recently transferred from another branch & is working out the kinks in this area & training staff. I asked for a refund for this last years contract since I prepay for that year & we did not have our inspection or any visits during that time. Had bee issues in our home for a couple days. Unfortunately they came in Sunday night and nobody was able to come out on the weekend, which we understood. Monday morning we had a sales person with Terminix come to discuss it, and he tried to see if anyone could come that day and they couldn’t. We tried to be patient and they said someone would come first thing Tuesday morning. It’s Tuesday and nobody ever came. Very frustrating. We have 3 young children all under 5. I am also allergic to bees. W

Extremely disappointed with the service from this local Terminix branch. They never follow through on service requests, and customer service is poor at best. I had a billing issue back in April that took me contacting them five separate times before it was finally resolved.
