SavATree - Tree Service & Lawn Care

Used to be great to work with in the past prior to ownership change. Now it's terrible service at a high price and worthless treatments. Very high priced and they don't really care about quality. They claim to have been to the property at different times but the results are poor and my garden did not benefit.

SavATree doing excellent and safe work in my neighborhood right now. Polite staff. Taking care of our grass from any possible damage from equipment. Work area kept safe. Nice modern clean equipment and trucks.

They took a tree out, a big tree and trimmed others. They did it smiling and enjoying their work. They were also really fast!! Ulises and two other guys. They were a joy to watch and they did it all AND cleaned up in under an hour!!! I highly recommend them!!

Nat Brockman and SavATree really knocked it out of the park this time! Howard, an arborist with over 30 years of experience, treated our diseased trees. This was followed by Jose and Christian doing an incredible job pruning our trees, I wanted the trees pruned away from the house for fire safety. Not only did they do that, but they made the trees into canopies. For the first time, I can see through the trees from my deck and see all of the hydrangeas and flowers in the whole back yard. Thank you!

From beginning to end SavATree was excellent. The people answering phones are courteous and actually helpful. I explained we wanted to save our tree rather than cut it down as others had recommended. Gabe, the arborist came out, listened and confirmed they could prune and shape my tree back to health. Ulysses and his tree crew were wonderful. They cherry picked the bad branches, removed them and treated me and my tree with respect. Then they cleared and picked up all of the debris. I highly recommend these people. They are very knowledgeable, work efficiently,answered all my questions and explained the process well. They are a welcome addition to the Vancouver area and we will use them again.

Wonderful customer service. Responded quickly when we had a fallen tree. Have used since and have been impressed by their knowledge, skill, and integrity.

This is the second time we went with Northwest Tree Specialists (now SavATree) over the oast few years to remove some large problematic trees in our backyard. We were lucky to have arborist Nat Brockman help us with the evaluation. On the day of the removal, the crew was on time and very competent & efficient. Nat took the extra time to point out another problem tree for removal. He wasn’t pushy and was being professional about pros/cons with the removals. Highly recommend Nat and NW Tree Specialists / SavATree.

I had 2 peach trees and an old flowering plum to prune. Jason and his crew did an excellent job. All three trees need needed a lot of work. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They kept me informed on the progress, cleaned up all the trimmings and made sue I happy with the work. I am very happy with the results! I have been using them for several years and will continue to use them.

Jesse Martin gave our HOA a solid bid which we accepted. Leonardo and the crew yesterday did a great job. Removed of dead wood from sequoia trees and clean up. We trust Jesse and his crews in always doing a great job. Thanks.

The SavaTree crews have truly been amazing! They are helping keep healthy a 60 year old Japanese Maple. We’ve had great experiences with Jacob (our lead arborist) and his ground (shrubs and plants) and tree climbers and trimming crews. My company has worked with arborist Scott Failla & team for years and he has consistently done great work for us that achieves our goals, is aesthetically pleasing, and maintains the health of the trees being trimmed. He has also always been available for questions & concerns or made time to meet on site to discuss a specific project in person if needed. It has been great working with Scott & SavATree, would recommend.

SavATree did an excellent, and safe job removing a very large tree for us earlier this year. They also gave us a very reasonable quote and got the job done sooner than expected.

Alex Best with SavATree is amazing. He has helped us with so many tree questions and concerns, including stopping by last minute to look at a tree that lost a major branch when a recycling truck smashed into it. This was my first time working with AJ at Savatree, I will use him for all my properties moving forward. When I asked for a bid, I expected just a piece of paper to be sent over but he took the time to explain to me what each tree needed. Once scheduled, the work was done promptly and professionally. I look forward to working with AJ and Savatree in the future.

Was told our tree was marked for being cut down on May 28th or latest May 29th , never was touched. Arborist tokd me and my husband in person in the 28th tree woukd be cut down no later than May 29th . Again did not happen. Im now being told schedule is booked for the next 4mos before tree can be cut down. Lying to people while looking directly at them is the lowest business ethics Ive come across. Just be honest vs lying and creating upset to people for no reason . I would think the company woukd return regardless of schedule because they did not finish a job that your arborist stated woukd be done. If he hadnt made it a point to speak and go us about it saying " yes for sure no worries ok this tree will for sure be taken care of by May 29th the very latest " Def no good arborist you guys have working for you. Why lie ? For no reason but to create a bad service to people ? Makes no sense , just like making us wait 4 mos later than the date provided by arborist is pretty low for any business to do. Respect ethics and customer service go a long way and the people working here I guess dont have any of the 3. Truly sucky experience from your arborist .

Bad Communication. What is mind-blowing is that they advertise and market themselves as super tree professionals and title their business as tree savers when in actuality, they are far from that. I booked a service with SavaTree to remove a tree stump. Workers arrived the morning of who barely spoke english which limited us from being able to speak with them during the process. They basically just cut down the stump and left, leaving behind ALL THE TREE CHIPPINGS. Now, we have a huge pile of tree chippings/debris on our sidewalk and street and NO ONE communicated that they were going to just cut the body and leave its remains for us to deal with. We would have looked elsewhere or went with a different company that would cleaned up and removed the tree chippings. We called them and asked about the debris and they said that would cost an ADDITIONAL $450 after we already paid $500 for the stump removal. Insane. We should have went with other services who would have actually REMOVED the entire stump including its remains. I highly recommend reconsidering hiring SavaTree. If you do, make sure all your bases are covered because they obviously do not care.

My neighbor used this business to cut my tree after a wind storm caused part of the tree to fall. SavATree did not even attempt to notify me OR get my permission to be on my property. When I questioned the barely English speaking crew, they had no idea they could not trespass on private property. More cutting was done to my tree than legally is allowed. The end result was a butchered tree. That along with their trespassing tells me this is not a reputable company.

They cut a huge limb I specifically told them to leave. Left several broken limbs that I had to hire someone else to come out and remove and the broke my topiary tree and didn't mention it. I noticed my topiary tree was completely gone and they then owned that during the trimming a large limb had fallen on it. Basically the worst service you could ever imagine.

Rude drivers they must think they are more important than everyone else

One of their trucks just dumped all of their trimmings on our street, near Davis. It's half on our neighbor's property and half in the street. Driver claimed the property owner requested it.

They decided to abandon a large work truck in front of my house from Friday on with not so much as a word! I’m didn’t hire them so who knows why they decided to leave it. Rude
