When I called the office today to set up an appointment, I had the pleasure of speaking with Brielle. She was so friendly, helpful, and professional. She was very respectful and understanding of my concerns regarding not wanting any type of pesticides or poisons sprayed on my lawn, especially because of my concerns for my dog and other wildlife that may come into contact with my grass or gardens. Brielle is new to Axiom, and I just wanted to take a moment to say what a great impression she made. She was kind, patient, and genuinely listened to my concerns. I think she is a wonderful asset to your customer service department, and I’m very happy to have had the opportunity to speak with her!

I called to verify service date in August 2026. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful confirming a date convenient to me for a technician to come to my home to perform quarterly treatment.

Although the sales tactics could be better, once agreeing on a price the service is good and they take their job seriously. Been with them for years now and I've only had to get a complimentary re-service once.

Terrible door to door sales. College kids with No experience need to go somewhere else. Manager said at first services (NO BUGS)? Um. They are wrong.

I would absolutely not recommend Axiom based on our experience. We signed a 12-month agreement after a salesperson gave us a detailed explanation of what the service would include. One of the things specifically discussed was treating inside/around the walls to help deal with spiders. He even showed us a diagram explaining how this treatment worked. This was part of what convinced us to sign up. When the actual technician came out, however, I asked him about it and was told they don’t do what the salesperson had described to us. When I questioned why we had been told otherwise, the technician actually told me that “salesmen just say things to get sales.” That was an enormous red flag. The initial service itself was also disappointing. There were still obvious cobwebs in our home that appeared completely untouched. The technician acted as though having to come all the way to our home was a burden and was unprofessional enough that I eventually called the company to complain about his conduct. Unfortunately, the customer service experience wasn’t much better. When I explained what had happened, the person I spoke with initially defended the technician. When I pressed him for answers about what the technician was actually supposed to have done, he eventually told me that he wasn’t a technician and didn’t know. When I explained what the salesperson had specifically represented to us, I was essentially told that the salesman didn’t work directly for Axiom and worked for another company. That was incredibly frustrating. Regardless of Axiom’s relationship with its salespeople, we entered into an Axiom service agreement based on what was represented to us during Axiom’s sales process. Then there was the scheduling issue. Our initial treatment was June 24. Our agreement stated that the first regular treatment is typically scheduled 30–45 days after the initial treatment. We heard nothing from them during that period. Then on August 11—48 days after the initial service—we suddenly received notice that someone was scheduled to come the very next day, August 12. By that point, we had already contacted the company requesting to terminate the agreement because of everything that had happened. I subsequently spent considerable time explaining all of this again by phone. From my conversation with them, they did not appear to meaningfully dispute the substance of the problems I was describing. Nevertheless, they still refused to release us from the agreement without charging us a cancellation fee of hundreds of dollars. That’s ultimately why I’m leaving one star. This isn’t simply a case of us changing our minds about pest control. We signed an agreement based on specific representations about the service, were subsequently told by the technician that they don’t perform what had been represented to us, were dissatisfied with the initial work, had poor experiences trying to address it with both the technician and customer service, and then were still told we’d have to pay hundreds of dollars to get out of the agreement. I gave the company multiple opportunities to address this directly before posting this review. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling that getting us into the contract mattered considerably more than addressing what we were actually promised once we were in it. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company get every single representation made by a salesperson in writing before signing a long-term agreement, and carefully read the cancellation provisions before committing.

Pushy door-to-door soliciting even when a no soliciting sign is present is a sure sign of a shady company.

I had a sales guy knock on my door asking if I wanted service. I told him no, already had a great company. He asked who it was and when I told him it was Meadows Pest Control, he informed me that his company was their sister company and they were selling the company. He suggested I go with him since my company will be closing down right away. When I asked Meadows if they were selling and if they had a sister company, they reassured me that they were not selling nor did they have a sister company. Shame on you Axion! So glad I went with Meadows Pest Control.

I was very happy with the initial visit and was a little disappointed with the second. I explained to the company what happened and they were very apologetic about what had happened and got me scheduled for a redo free of charge. So far the agents I have spoke with are very friendly to speak with and took care of my concerns quickly.

I haven't used this company amd I don't think I will since their cold-call door-to-door marketing showed up at my door at 9:30 PM! And then the guy wanted to walk around my backyard to boot! I already don't like the sales approach as I shouldn't be solicited in my home, but seriously, 9:30pm?! Poor form. You guys suck.
