Founded in 2006 by Inland NW Resident Jacob Borg, Pointe Pest Control has grown from a single office in Spokane, Washington, to multiple locations throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Today Pointe employs an impressive group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem solving and serving our customers' needs. Pointe Pest Control is proud to give back to the communities it serves through a number of avenues, including an annual Scholarship Program awarded to graduating Seniors in Washington, Idaho,Oregon, and Montana. In addition, Pointe conducts an annual Charitable Bed Bug Treatment program called 'Take a Bite of the Holidays' that includes a complete bed bug treatment for a family in need.

Everything was fine but my only complaint was that he didn’t tell me he was done and left without saying anything. I had a question I wanted ask but couldn’t because he left.

Tech was suppose to be at are home around noon and I called at 2:30 and still no tech. Plus this was the 3rd time they had to reschedule are appt. They have a huge turn over of techs. We have been with this company for 7 yrs and the last 5months have been no services and cancel last mins. I hope they can fingers out why they have a high turn over now..

Normally I dont see things after my services but we got our service done on the 1st of October and we are still seeing a plethora of ant throughout the house and started seeing them 1 week after the service and they still haven't gone away.

WOW. I don't think I've ever had worse service. We have an elm seed bug investigation in Portland. They came out quickly (during the one window I said I wasn't available) and the person who came had no idea what we were having done, did not know what the chemicals did, and complained that every house he had visited that week was a cluster. I did not have faith in the chemical treatment he provided and called the phone number again. I waited 30 minutes and the person I spoke with took detailed notes including my request for an experienced technician to return. She said someone would contact me same day or next day and I never heard back. I called a week later, another 30 minute wait, and was told someone would call me back. Two weeks later with no call back, I called them again, waited another 30 minutes, confirmed I was not charged and, after many extra holds, I was able to speak to a manager who cancelled my account. Meanwhile we have bugs all over our house still, including in my children's rooms. This a national company that doesn't value its customers. For what it's worth, the people who I spoke with on the phone were very nice and understanding. Stay far away from this company though.

He honestly seemed like a nice guy, but I am really freaked out about the amount of pesticide that was sprayed everywhere, including all over my Amazon package my shoes sitting on the porch the door, the door knobs, the gate, the gate latch, pesticide is literally drenched everywhere. I will be spending the entire day tomorrow power washing all of the areas that humans come in contact with because I’m totally freaked out now. I will also be canceling this service because I don’t want to be exposed to pesticides. This was meant to be for the bugs not for the people.

Ryan preformed his service yesterday at our home. He mentioned that he treated the exterior of our home including brushing all cobwebs and hives from the exterior of the home. Keep in mind we have used this company for over a year and never seen any improvement. The pictures are less than 24 hours from his quarterly visit.

Do not use these people. I was told I had an appointment scheduled today July 8th from 12:00PM - 4:00PM. I finally called at 4:00PM only to find out I had no appointment at all. The first person I talked to said they didn't see any appointment. They put me through to someone else conveniently leaving me on hold and said it was scheduled for tomorrow July 9th and not the 8th. This is bad service. I canceled.

We mentioned that we got wasps a lot on our back porch and when I got home a couple hours after the service there was a wasp nest where he was supposed to be spraying! If he sprayed or knocked down any nests why is there a nest on my porch? Not happy with this company so far. Seems like they half ass the work to get out sooner.

Service tech came rang bell did not read the note provided on the door which stated what we needed done. Stood in front of our door for about 1 min then walked in front of our garage where he stood for a few mins. Never took anything out of his truck then left. Service was not done. I was billed. I have a ring camera which provides a constant view of my driveway and front yard as well as in front of the door and front patio area. No services were done. Also if he had sprayed anything he would have sprayed it into boots and surf gear we had out because nothing had been moved. There is normally a marking on the ground around the door and front of house nothing was sprayed. This is the second time we have had issues in the recent past. I will not pay a bill for something I did not receive. I would like someone to come back out and do the service and then I would be glad to pay. We work and can not be home when the service is done. Unless something can be scheduled for a certain time and day.

I made an appointment with them to come to my house two weeks ago and at that time, provided the service address. Today, the day before my appointment, I received a text that they can't do our appointment because it's outside their service area. Apparently the service area ends only a few miles from my house and they would not make an exception. Super frustrating as I'm now stuck with a time sensitive pest issue and have to wait at least two weeks to get someone else out there.
