Used their service for a number of years in 2 locations, since the change of ownership last year, their customer service has fallen off a cliff compared to what it had been. They raised their prices 26% without any prior notification, getting double billed, service issues, very poor communication in trying to get issues resolved, and when we thought the issues were resolved the same issues would happen again the next service and/or billing. Finally, had enough and went with another pest control

Becky is a blessing! Overnight some yellowjackets made a home out of a small hole in the exterior wall of my garage. It was creepy and impressive how big and how fast it came to be. I have dogs and was worried about any of us being attacked. Also I didn’t want them living in my wall. I don’t use pesticides or any poison on the property so I didn’t have a guy. They are awesome, highly recommend. Chris came out the next day after I called to have a skunk removed. They put in wire mesh all around the deck and buried the bottom half. They removed the lattice and put it back better than it was before. We have trapped 4 skunks so far. And there is another skunk trying to get back in due to the dig marks but can't thanks to the wire mesh. This is over a two week period, answers texts right away and comes out to get the trapped skunk right away. Thanks guys.

“Got rid of the mice with some bait boxes but for some reason don’t do any seal work? Told me to get door sweeps and things to go on our rolling shop doors but won’t install them for some reason.
