They raised their prices 26% without any prior notification, getting double billed, service issues, very poor communication in trying to get issues resolved, and when we thought the issues were resolved the same issues would happen again the next service and/or billing. They are awesome, highly recommend. Chris came out the next day after I called to have a skunk removed. They put in wire mesh all around the deck and buried the bottom half. They removed the lattice and put it back better than it was before. We have trapped 4 skunks so far. And there is another skunk trying to get back in due to the dig marks but can't thanks to the wire mesh. This is over a two week period, answers texts right away and comes out to get the trapped skunk right away. Thanks guys.
