Been using Guaranteed Pest Control for 2.5 years for two 4 unit apartment buildings I manage. I used to use Exodus, but they quit the business so I had to find someone new. One of my buildings has recurring struggles with rodent intrusion because it is near a stream & greenbelt. I've found over 10 years that you can knock the rodents back but they will come back eventually, especially with nature so close.
