Matt was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions. He made sure I saw and knew of all that he was doing. Thank you so much for such wonderful service. Yesterday’s service (Aug 4, 2025) was wonderful. It was a new tech and I’m afraid I didn’t get him name. But he was very efficient and purposeful in his duties. I appreciated that he made sure the gates were secure after working in the backyard so my dog would not be able to get out. Thank you for your service and care to my home. 04/02/2026 Just had a wonderful service today. I had an issue with ants around the trap door that leads to the crawl space under my house. Today I had two techs. They were very efficient and helpful. They serviced both inside and out. Im didn’t get their names. But, I would love to commend them for a great job done today. This was my quarterly service. It was moved up to today rather than at the end of the month because of the ants. I am very happy with this company. 05/20/26 Another wonderful and complete service yesterday. Samantha is excellent at her job. And friendly and caring. I forgot to close the doggy door and she made sure Andy was inside and was blocking the door when I came to close the door. 08/13/26 I do so appreciate the good service I receive each time you are out to service my home. Great care is always taken and communication is top-notch. Keep up the great work.

They make it impossible to cancel. We have been trying to for 4 and a half months. Always an excuse. It makes me wonder why they are still showing even tho we asked to cancel and that we have discontinued service.

I was in the shower when the tech arrived and he was already gone by the time I was done-around 15 minutes. Not sure by the 4 pictures I received if he went into the backyard. The gate was not locked. The rat traps were not baited either. I expect the same level of service if we are home or not, and I am not sure that happened this time.
