Allow me to explain: in May 2024 I purchased a one year contract for $350 with monthly rodent checks of $45. Two months into the contract, I put my home on the market. They don’t have enough exterminators to come out when you catch a rat. You will literally wait days for them to extract one, especially if it’s on the weekend. Two weeks ago I was volentold by my wife to check all the bait stations at the Redland Grange in Oregon City where she is a member. Her concern was every time she cleaned the kitchen she would find mouse droppings even though they paid The Killers $440.00 per year for maintenance of the traps.
