So, here's the deal. About 12 years ago we had Pack Rats at our Powell Butte home. I tried and tried. No luck. We called Terminix in desperation. It took less than a week and the rats were gone. Since then we have used their service. No pest problems now. The treat both inside and outside, keeping bait stations ready and have controlled the yellow jackets and wasps. From time to time, the look for termites. The folks are great, Matt and Pete have been so professional when they show up.

Kris was very professional and took the time to answer all of the questions I had. He was expedient in delivering our quarterly service. For him as a technician, I’d give 5 stars. I gave 4 here because this service was very difficult to schedule with Senske, the parent company and I was very frustrated with how long it took to get someone to come out. I hope they continue to work on those issues so that the customer experience doesn’t get impacted. I was very close to leaving for your competitor

There were some hiccups scheduling extermination services through parent company Senske, but once I was dealing with the local company, Barnes was great! Kris and Sage came out when promised, explained everything thoroughly, listened to my concerns about not harming beneficial insects (and the cottontail that hangs out in my yard) and treated my groundcover-destroying ant infestation quickly. Would recommend!
