These guys are great! They patiently worked with me listening to my problem asking questions to get a clear picture. Then they responded quickly and provided a thorough review on location. They worked with my anxiety about the odor and acted in my interest, with fairness consideration to both me and my landlord. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Pure Environmental enough. Andy was amazing from the very first phone call the day after we had a fire in our laundry room. He explained in simple terms without leaving out key details of what was going to be the process to get us back in to the comfort our out home as soon as possible. Andy and his AMAZING team listened to my concerns and always responded promptly to any questions I had. My husband and I are so grateful to have had this amazing team handle LITERALLY, everything for us. We just needed to say “yes” or “no”. We brought in Pure Environmental to provide a second opinion after our first mitigation team wanted to rip out and replace our entire kitchen following a flood from our dishwasher. Thankfully, we did. PE valued the quality of our old, high-quality cabinetry and recommended saving everything possible. They cut out only the necessary damp and damaged areas and kept the rest. It was comforting to know a company would understand the craftsmanship of older homes (1926) and not replace everything simply for a higher payout. Our project manager, Paul, was superb. He worked with insurance, directed subcontractor traffic, kept us calm, and even answered a call while on family vacation. Their subcontractors are extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional. Their wood flooring expert actually explained the history of our wood floors and the approx. year they were first incorporated into the house. Overall, the Pure Environmental team provided the confidence and comfort we required. They're easy to work with, they respected our home, and are genuinely kind people. We couldn't have asked for a better crew to take care of us and the damage to our home. I highly recommend them for any mitigation and construction, large or small.

Andy and his team are incredible at what they do and they do it with respect. We had a hard situation cigarette smoke removal and their work was incredible — full restoration!

Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give a zero. He lied and said there was no mold and everything was fine although the report 3 days later was totally different! Very rarely will you fine someone integral! Mold is prevalent in Oregon although no one wants to admit to it!

I highly recommend PurEnvironmental for any service they offer. Not only did they correct a mold issue in my office they also have provided a wide array of services for my clients. Andy & his team at Pure Environmental quickly assessed the damage from an overflowing toilet on the 2nd story of our home. The damage was pretty severe as the toilet had been overflowing for eight hours while nobody was home. The water flowed into our garage which ruined the ceilings and some of our personal belongings. Pure environmental has an amazing team of skilled contractors that came into our home & restored both the garage & the bathroom to better than new conditions! They went above & beyond to make sure that the reconstruction of our bathroom was to our liking. We never felt unsafe having anyone from Andy’s team enter our home. Each of them remained professional & courteous throughout the repair process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking company that gets the job done.

Andy and his team were fantastic and professional! I could not ask for a better experience. I thought after the house flooded it would take a minimum of six months to repair but it was done in a matter of weeks. They did what they said they would do and they were on time. Their water damage restoration was phenomenal. I would use them in heart beat again for any home remodel project.

I worked with Sam and he was always very helpful and responsive. He gave me a lot of free advice and I will definitely use them again if needed!

Pure Environmental was sooo amazing! I called them in a panic because a bird had gotten stuck in my dryer vent. I never knew that was a thing, until today. They came over the same day and were friendly and courteous and came up with a way to humanely solve a pretty odd situation.
