I’ve been with ORKIN for four years. In this time we’ve had a second time with rats, we are still dealing with tons of spiders, and we still have mice problems and ant issues in April. We have been with Orkin since 2016. I love our service tech. We are moving soon, so I cancelled our service. I got an email from our tech wishing us luck and to let him know when we got where we were going, he would be happy to set up our new service. However from the office staff I got this.. "your account currently has a past due balance from November. Your account will need to be brought current to a $0 balance to avoid further collections.
