I reached out to Northwest Pest Control when I discovered an ant problem and they were incredibly quick to respond. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and the technician was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went. I’m very grateful for their help and will definitely call them again if I ever need pest control in the future!

I want to share a great experience with Northwest Pest Control. Kim was really great helping determine my needs and setting up an appointment (wonderful customer service attitude!) and Kendall who came to my home for the inspection. He went above and beyond to determine the source of my problem. He genuinely was interested in searching until he narrowed down the possibilities and even willingly went into a tight unpleasant crawlspace twice to be thorough in his inspection (complete with a wonderful attitude - saying "that's what I'm here for!"). I'll definitely be calling again and recommending them to friends.

As a renter my work order was assigned with them. I called them several times and only received their voicemail. I reported them to the property management and they lied and said they had been trying to reach me!?! I have caller ID. If they are not available and lie so carelessly, Their actions alone show lack of professionalism. I requested another vender and got scheduled within 24 hours. Would not recommend.

Northwest Pest Control is hands down the best company we've ever worked with! From start to finish, their team us professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about their clients. Kim is an absolute gem - her communication is top-notch, ans she's always there when you need her. Wetather it's a quick question or last-minute request, she handles everything with grace and effciency. And Robert, our go to technician, is simply amazing! He's the peefect blend of professional and personable - always thorough in his work, but also friendly, upbeat, and a true pleasure to have on our property. His positive attitude and attention to detail makes evey single visit a great experience. We wouldnt trust anyone else with our pest control needs. They use Bromadiolyn. Extremely dangerous for your pets. Almost lost my doggo. They lied to me and said it was harmless to my pets.

I don’t even know where to start as to how great this experience was. This was the last of maybe 12 companies that I had called within an hours time after noticing large, flying carpenter ants flying everywhere in my mudroom. I was blown away by not only how expensive each company was quoting me just to come out, but then to learn that the next step was to lock me into a contract for one year with monthly payments, but not even being serviced monthly..? But Then I called and got through to Kim. Without hesitation, she heard my situation out, got my information and routed Skyler to my house within 30/45 minutes with no charges up front (which was not an option with any of the other companies I had spoken to previously). He was polite and respectful, explained what most likely happened and exactly what he would be doing/how long each type of treatment would take/stay in effect and what to do in the meantime as far as keeping my kids and pets safe. Ensuring that this treatment was the most effective and safest for me and my family while also being budget friendly… especially since we are living in a time where it feels impossible to pay for basic things. When I called back in to pay for my services, I spoke with Kim again, and I don’t think I’ve ever felt so comfortable and reassured speaking with a total stranger ever in my life. She really made me feel like she truly cared about my concerns beyond just being a customer, almost like I had known her forever somehow… but then- she took it a step further and discounted my services even more after talking with her about my budget concerns. I felt like I wanted to cry. It’s been a really long time since I’ve dealt with a company that actually made me feel like they truly cared about me as a person versus just a customer or an invoice. This company clearly has their customers best interest at heart and it definitely shows! I cannot recommend this company enough. This is the absolute BEST outcome after everything that happened today. I am beyond thankful for finding this company, and for Kim and her technician!🙌

This company is Horribly Awful 😠

DO NOT hire them. They are a joke. If your looking for a guy with traps. Then hire them. They have come by now 3 times and the problem still exists!!! in addition, they showed up when I was not home and charged me $75 dollars for that. Unbelievable. A GOOD pest control is hard to come by. I suggest going to the BBB to find a good one!

NW Pest control came March 29th, 2017. As of a week now we have no relief from bites what so ever, and the adjacent apartments were never inspected.

they treated my house at my exspense for bedbugs they have been here twice sense i moved in. they have "sprayed" my house twice an my poor infant baby is being bit an my kids are being bit. I've followed there prep sheet too a t twice. they never came back to reinspect either time after the 4 wk period. im very very upset.
