Did I want to spend my birthday money on lice treatment? No, of course not. But I’m so glad I did. My attempt at treating my daughter’s lice with drugstore shampoo was ineffective and she was still scratching out bugs (barf). Melanie was very kind and even checked my younger daughter and me as well. Plus, we learned all about lice! At least now if this happens again (god forbid), we’re well-informed. 100% would recommend.

We went to Lice Charmers as a family of four. We were able to make a same-day appointment, which was great. Marigny was great with the kids and was able to give us lots of good information while de-lousing us. Money well spent!

This place is so amazing. I was stressed when my daughter had lice and they were so calm and answered all my questions. We called on a Saturday afternoon and she squeezed us in that same day around 5. My daughter went home lice free and with oil to take home. Would defiantly recommend.

If you ever have lice go to Lice Charmers! Emily was awesome. We had already done a treatment at home but weren't sure we got everything out of our daughter's head. She found 3 bugs that we either missed or that had hatched since the home treatment. She was extremely thorough. Highly recommend!!

We were visiting friends while out of town, literally across the country when we found lice in my hair. I panicked of course and my sweet husband calmly googled and found Lice Charmers. We called and Conor was so sweet and empathetic and was able to get me in that very day. We met Lex at the office and she was so unbelievably nice. She calmed our (my) anxiety, we had great conversation and the appointment took about an hour, which was much quicker than we expected considering I have long and thick hair. This was pain free, relaxing and honestly not as big of a deal and I thought it was going to be. This service was well worth the money we spent. Thank you!

Do not call these people to help you they are a rip off, I thought I had lice and I did not and I still got charge for a full treatment almost $200 for 15 minutes of somebody telling me I don’t have lice and I was charged the full amount anyway! The technician that came over was very nice I got to admit that but I should not have been charged. I would’ve gladly paid a inspection fee and time for travel but the full amount……. really

The team at Lice Charmers was wonderful. They communicated regularly about available times and about Lex's arrival time. Once she arrived, she did an amazing job delousing our family of four. I have very thick hair and she did a thorough job removing the mother load of nits and lice. A week later, I found a live bug on my son which he probably got from a friend. Lex returned the next day to treat us again fulfilling their guarantee. Professional. Friendly. High-quality. Convenient. I would recommend Lice Charmers 100%.

Lex was very easy to work with and professional. We called late in the evening and were able to get an appointment for the following morning. She arrived in a ordinary car and brought all of her own supplies. It was much less stressful to have her come to our home then needing to go across town. She was very thorough in her work. The peace of mind from knowing our daughter was treated and cleared 💯 was worth every penny. I would highly recommend Lice Charmers.

Lex was super friendly and professional. This was a hard experience for my foster kids, but she made it better. She was easy to schedule with and very educated and understanding with my concerns. Having her in my home was easier than going to a salon, making it easier to care for my traumatized kiddos. She showed them compassion and respect. I am completely happy with our experience.
