Melanie was super knowledgeable and thorough. Apparently, I did not have lice and was just charged for check and peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Got an appointment 2 hours after my initial call! Melanie was kind, patient, thorough, and answered all of our (many) questions. She took the stress out of an otherwise very unpleasant circumstance. My kiddo adds, “She even worked a bit late to make sure that we could all be checked- which was very nice.”

Lice Charmers literally saved my sanity. I tried the over-the-counter stuff with no luck, and I wish I’d just come here first. The 'Charmers' are aptly named—they were so kind and handled the situation with such ease that my kids actually enjoyed the visit. No more itching, no more stress. They took a situation that usually makes you want to burn your house down and made it manageable. 10/10 recommendation is an understatement!

Absolutely under no circumstance should you waste money with this complete and total rip off of a service. Went for a treatment. Did all the post steps. Didn’t work. Went back for retreat…. Had to pay for exams…… one month later….. back again but guess what…. Now they want me to pay for it AGAIN. What an absurd scam save yourself the time and money

I took my daughter to Lice Charmers because her school had a lice outbreak and I wanted her head professionally checked. Melanie diagnosed my daughter in a way that I was not expecting… she was kind, took her time, was very informative of what she was doing, talked to my daughter and made her feel very comfortable (to the point she wanted to stay and play there!). Melanie then checked me and I took my other daughter back to be checked as well bc Melanie was THAT great! None of us ended up needing the treatment but I would recommend this “charming” place to anyone in need of lice help….Melanie is the icing on the cake! 5+ stars! ⭐️

Lex and Gigi provided fast, effective, and friendly service when 5 of our 7 family members were confirmed as having lice. Lex got us scheduled for a next-day appointment. The two completed the service in almost half the time estimated without making it seemed rushed. Lex holds a wealth of knowledge on efficacy of various treatments, as well as the history of life management and an interesting assortment of replica antique lice combs. I highly recommend them.

My girls were able to get in and see Melanie very quickly. She was amazing with the kids and was very thorough. Her services brought a lot of comfort to us during a stressful time.

Hillary and Melanie were amazing! My daughter and I had treatments done and it was fast and relaxing they kept us talking so I never thought about how gross it was 😂 my husband was lice free on check and my 2 year old son had one nit but wouldn’t let them anywhere near him so we just opted to shave his head when we got home which was fine and we still qualified for the 60 day guarantee! Hopefully we will never be back but if we need treatment some day down the road I’ll definitely be choosing life charmers again!

My daughter and I have long/thick hair, and I felt that home care products would not get rid of the lice and eggs. Hillary and Melanie were a great team! They were informative, really nice and fun to talk to. We really appreciated their time and services. The treatment is expensive but worth it!

Melanie was really thorough and sweet with my niece. They had a fun sand raking set to keep me entertained. Bringing her tablet helped keep her still. Connor was quick to respond and get me booked same day.

I came in originally to have a removal and grab a take home treatment, totaling $250 after adding a tip. I was told to re-treat 9-10 days later at home which I did. I also treated my husband with the oil I purchased here. Two weeks later I found more lice in my hair and called to have my second free treatment only to be told that this was not an option. The second treatment is contingent upon having everyone in your household physically seen by them (an extra $40 per person) which was not explained to me. The website says "checked or treated" but does not clarify that they are to be "checked or treated" in the clinic. Taking their oil home and treating does not count for this condition. Since I purchased the oil, I was told that I could come back if I was reinfected and it would be "no problem" to get it taken care of. I even made sure to ask about the terms of that agreement and was not told I would be turned away for this reason. So now I am out $250, unable to work until I find a way to pay for another treatment from the grocery store, and feel let down by being told something false. When I called and pushed back about this I was told, "You were treated by the one of the owners. They know the conditions and explained". I bet they do know them, but I did not. Just very disappointing and I would recommend saving your money
