Called Family Home Pest Control a few days ago regarding a fly infestation issue. Talked to the owner Jay, and he asked me many questions about my issue. We spent at least 15 minutes on the phone. He gave me some ideas on how to resolve the issue, and advised me that a service call may not be needed. He did not want to make me to pay for something not needed. He said that he could come out that day if I wanted them to. However, we scheduled it later in the week. I called to cancel the appointment a few days later, because I did not need the appointment thanks to his advise. I appreciate the time that he took to help me resolve the issue , and not wanting to charge me for his help. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing help with pest issues, due to their willingness to help consumers and always being prompt in calling people back.

We have used this company for several years now, they have done a great job of keeping our ant population down. They always notify you to when they will be coming, close gates always, and we have never had a billing problem.

I've been very pleased with the service from Family Home Pest Control. First of all, I've had no problem with rats since they started service in my yard. Before that, there was a big problem here. The same is true for ants! The service tech, Jeremy, is friendly, professional and thorough. He let's me know when he'll arrive so that I can lock the dogs in, and he's always right on time. I'm very glad that I hired Family Home Pest Control, and I highly recommend them.

Have a rodent problem. Contacted Family Home Pest Control and Jay explained what service to expect and cost, able to send a tech out next day. Jeremy was very pleasant, called to let me know he was on his way, patiently answered all my questions, worked quickly and efficiently to get traps and bait boxes in place. Now waiting to see if rodent problem gets resolved. So far the process has been smooth and experience with this company has been great.

We called to have them come out to solve a bee problem. They had us send them a video of the issue and then called us to explain it was impossible to solve our problem. Many companies would have sent someone out to tell us the same thing for which we would have been charged for a service call. We have used Family several times prior to this one. Their service is first-rate and, in our opinion, they operate with a high degree of integrity.

Sure, there were no ants in the house for the whole time we used their services but their rodent control is miserable. Their bait boxes are supposed to prevent other wildlife (like birds) from getting into their green poison. As you can see from this photo of green bird poop on the hood of my car, other animals can get to the poison some how. I co-own my home with my mother (who moved out of state) and she insisted we get into a monthly contract with them. I resisted but she won out for like four years or something (we also used "Edge Pest Control" in that time to be fair, they are equally terrible). Finally I convinced her that they were a sham and they came and removed their bait boxes. If I had the means and the know how to sue them I would put them out of business. Every employee that ever came to my house was plesant enough, I don't wish ill on them directly but the company as a whole can go fork themselves. Response update edit: You're right I was not a customer, as I stated two years ago it was my mothers thing, you never fixed my rodent issue and never had other solutions besides terrible bait boxes (that should be illegal for use outside). To your credit, I didn't see a single ant in the house the whole time we used your service but frankly ants dont' bother me. ¯\_😐_/¯

Nice guys, but they didn't take the initiative to fix issues, but rather suggested this is what I should do. I wanted them to do these preventive measures, but that did not seem to be their interest. And as another reviewer pointed out, their pricing is definitely higher compared to other companies doing the same work.

I called today about 4pm after another company cancelled coming for the day. John was very helpful with answering all my questions and was able to send someone out within an hour or so. Brian who came out to the house was very nice, helpful, and professional. He even talked to my kids about bees and showed them a bee in a sealed jar. John was able to give me a similar estimation as to the first company as well. I would reccomend this company. Their customer service was great! Thank you!!
