This team has been super helpful. A shout-out to Pete the dispatcher, who sends reminders and answers questions via text. Venjamin thought the professional glue traps would catch more mice than my home-made one and he was RIGHT. He has helped with rats, mice, wasps, ants. Pet safe. They'll help with insects outside if you like (I garden and like some life out there), all included. They handle everything but termites.

The technician was polite, informative, and always on time. Even rescheduling with short notice was easy. I saw a rat in my garage and called Ecogenix right away. Glue traps and poisons were placed in the attic and crawlspace, and boxes outside. After 5 visits (2 more than anticipated), everything is sealed up and I'm confident we won't have any more issues. I paid for the service up front and there were no additional charges.

My ant problem was insane and had multiple treatments for them to fully be gone. Definitely would recommend the staff is very professional and efficient. I had to call them back a few times and Ben showed up each time happy to help with the problem.

Called Ecogenix for some fleas my dog caught somewhere. I was struggling for a while to get rid of them and had another company do multiple treatments, saw hardly any relief. After Ecogenix did ONE treatment, we saw a major reduction, this was the best we felt in months. We will definitely be calling them for future services.
