Alex has been great to work with. He always shows up on time and is very thorough. Great guy! Emilio has also been easy to work with. Amber does a great job with the scheduling & admin.

Alex from Columbia Pest Control Inc. was right on time, professional and super helpful. I was prepared for the worst news and he explained what he found and what possible next steps were. I greatly appreciated that he did not just steer me into the most expensive solution - money is tight as it is for all of us now - so I just thought that was great and part of why I keep returning to Columbia Pest Control! while driving just now one of their workers was riding right up on us in traffic. once he got in front of is he did the same thing to the truck in front of him. he then preceded to pass the truck purposely cutting him off and then slammed on his breaks almost causing an accident. not smart to do in a company truck. Horrible attitude representing the company.

I cannot share details on their service, however what I can review is their morals. In their company vehicle, they decided to try to run me off the road, with my child in the backseat. They wanted into my lane, with me in the way, he did not care ...he decided to proceed to come over, while I am honking and he was grinning, ultimately running me off the road. Not sure I could trust such individual with anything.

Great service. This is the 3rd time in 5 years we have used Columbia for ants, and now a newly found ground yellow jacket nest in the lawn. Their spray is environmentally sound and pet/child friendly. Dean was pleasant, knowledgeable, and had great advice. After inspecting the perimeter of the house, he closed off a hole in our crawl space. He let me know about the problem, and the small fee beforehand. This will keep any unwanted rodents away, and we would not have seen it. Very happy with the service.

Fantastic service. I just switched from another “highly rated” pest service that refused to treat my basement. The first time out, Columbia treated my entire house and walked me through everything. I am thrilled I made the switch over to Columbia.

I appreciate the thoroughness of the company. They always have information when I have questions which is very much appreciated. They offer suggestions on how to yard improvement. They are respectful of the property and are very professional!

I'm very confident the rodent problem at my home has been resolved given the terrific service by Emilio. After a very thorough inspection, he plugged every access point he found around the foundation of my home and then set traps. I was given 3 follow up visits with NO service contract required. My home is pest free again!

The techs at Columbia are respectful to property, friendly to customers and thorough in the work performed. Every property owner should use them because we all need them.

Overpriced and really bad customer service. I had a noise in my ceiling, so I looked around for a Pest Control company to help me solve my problem. Columbia Pest Control was the most expensive, but they had good reviews, so I went with them. After $700, and 3 visits the problem was not resolved. I don't fault them for this, rodents are not predictable. But it was the greed and terrible customer service that really upset me. During their visits, they set 30+ traps, inspected the Attic, Crawl Space and Exterior of my house for potential entry points and filled those up. They also suggested that I have a roofer come inspect the roof for potential entry points. And what do you know, within 20 mins, an entry point was found. However, it wasn't on the roof, it was just under the gutter awning, connecting to the attic. There was fur and freshly chewed wood, so there was definitely something getting in and out from here. I called Columbia Pest to let them know that the entry point was found, and ask if they could just come out and fill the hole for me. It was after all, only 1 wk after their last visit. I would have thought they would see this entry point during their inspection, but we're all human, and we miss things. No big deal, I was just hoping they could stop by the next time they were in the area and fill the hole. When I called them, they asked me a lot of questions about this entry point, I felt like I was being interrogated, and they were trying to make excuses on why they were not responsible for not finding this entry point. They finally agreed to come out and fill the hole, for another $200!!! Really??? I basically paid $700 for nothing. The tech that came out was nice and offered suggestions, but overall what a greedy company that really doesn't care about their customers. I would suggest you go with another company that is invested in helping their customers instead of robbing them.

The care we received fromGeorge outfit was as good as it gets. George was our guy and he has been here weekly for 5 weeks to do the necessary checking etc. The problem of rat infestation has been brought under control and we are ever grateful. Fair pricing coupled with polite and efficient service make this a go to service when the need arises.

I use Columbia for routine ant and pest control on my property. The routine service is set up automatically for them to come and do preventative treatments and they come for any breakthrough events within a few days. Every visit has been professional with plenty of advance warning and great interaction. This is a great value for the money spent, I would recommend them to anyone for their services.

We have been nothing but impressed by the quality of customer service and treatment by Columbia Pest Control. We were referred to them by our realtor, and they did not disappoint! The first time we used them was to treat our active rodent problem in the crawlspaces of our new house, and they came back to do follow-up visits which was included in the initial cost. The second time we used them was to treat our ant problem in the summer, and that too was completely eradicated within one follow-up visit. Their pricing is reasonable and I personally think you get more than what you pay for with the great customer service. Shout out to Kristine, who is a prompt and professional communicator- I've always had a pleasant experience when speaking with her. The company also emails a detailed "completion of service" email, with the name of the person who did the treatment, what they used and what they did so there is full transparency to the customer. They have a great policy where if you find ants after the initial treatment within a 14 day period, they come back and treat it again for free. The best part about them is that they use organic, non-toxic, zero fume treatments which are baby safe, so we were able to get the interior of our home treated without risking the health of our 2 month old son. We are very satisfied with the service from Columbia Pest Control and highly recommend them!
