Once the colony structure is understood and the treatment is placed correctly, sugar ant infestations can usually be eliminated very quickly.<br><br>We also eliminated the rodent issue around your home using an organic rodent bait based on Vitamin D3. Many traditional rodent baits are anticoagulants that take several days to make a rodent sick. We followed the activity in the kitchen, checked the entry points and travel lines, and focused on stopping the colony’s supply chain rather than just knocking down the ants you could see on the counter. That’s why you saw such a fast change before I even left, and why it stayed quiet after.<br>I also want people reading this to know: I’m a one-person company, so when you call, I’m the one who shows up and does the work. I’m fully licensed (I hold 7 pest control licenses), more than anyone else in Oregon and that experience matters -- a lot. In Oregon, only one person per company needs to be licensed, and many companies send out technicians who are doing their best, but they’re often working from a script and limited training using a cookie cutter aproach with just 3 products to choose from. In your case, that meant working through the carpenter ant activity while also going plant by plant to address the mealy bugs and the yellowing you were seeing. <br>Bringing everything outside gave me the chance to treat each plant properly instead of just spraying around them and hoping for the best.<br><br>I also have to say, your dogs and cats made the visit even better they were wonderful company while I worked. Theres a tremendous difference between me with a lifetime of pest control experience with 7 pest control licenses compared to a minimum wage Axiom technician that knows how to use 3 products its not their fault companies like Terminex do not care at all. Google allows corporations to buy thousands of fake 5 star reviews this is why cross check with Yelp. Aptive is 1.6 stars on Yelp yet 4.5 stars on google with 5k fake 5 star reviews. Brooks and Axiom are also huge offenders. Keep it organic and local with a owner that cares. Nobody cares as much as an owner call me and experience the difference the first hand.

I was able to use pet & family friendly dusting to your outside walls with Thyme particles to repel ants away from your home by the front door and the side of your home where the hose is attached. <br>Glad I was able to find the entry points.<br><br>After using pet friendly pro verde dust, I than grabbed a couple of pounds of my favorite sugar ant bait and granulated around your home targeting every nest in a couple block radious by utilizing scouts from local ant nests to take<br>my food back to their queens.<br><br>Extensive baiting is why I am 3000% more effective than companies that spray chemicals and pray. <br><br>Have a wonderful start to your summer as I wont see you for three months as my in between free service rate is under 1% compared to other pest control companies avg is 30%. <br><br>As you know the ants only start showing up after 3 months when i return to keep your pets and home enciormentally safe with Organic Pest control.

Monday if I am not mistaken its Saturday lol. Just Joking I know this is Mindy. <br><br>Thats because, I am a cat person. I also love dogs and they love me but, I have a knack with cats. I once walked a pride of 13 cats at the same time. Their favorite thing was walking with me that was a long time ago.<br><br>The spray I used at your home today was Azerderactin, the active ingredient in neem oil, it is an insect growth regulator or IGR. Nontoxic to people and pets unless you have an exoskeleton. How it woks is its a non repellent as I am sure you have watched the ants do not know the product is their so they coat themselves with tiny particles and when they return to the nest site the ants groom each other off, nothing like a community shower. This is a creative way to bait their exoskeletons when they are not taking to food bait like in your case, for instance. The IGR makes the larva produce too much chitan and they are not able to make it to the next instar. All insects molt just like a snake that sheds its skin to get to the next size. <br><br>When the larva dies, the colony dies as there will not be a next generation of ants. This is how I always treat for carpenter ants, as they will not take to bait as they prefer eating insects like termites.<br>-Ryan<br><br>

Because I do not have the budget of large companies for add spend its difficult to find a professional service that cares. Not many people are able to find a organic pest control company that puts clients first because they are burried on page 10 of google. <br><br>Working with nature and using nontoxic organic insect growth regulators is the secret to my success. Why you might ask? Well lets use Terro for example its so toxic that you end up with mounds of dead ants but you still have ants how can this be? Only 10% of the ant colony are scout ants and when they return home sick back at the nest site they get kicked out of the nest because they do not want a virus to infect the nest, this is why you see dead ants all around Terro none of the ants made it home alive!<br><br>I use ultra soft poducts with no more than 3% boric acid so the scouts make it home undetected. The scouts than regurgitate the food to the larva and the colony eats the frass from the larva ending in complete colony eradication.<br><br>Note to everyone wondering what is frass? its the poop from the larva in this case. Insects love poop. Its the circle of poop that I use to eradicate ants when not utilizing a IGR derived from neem oil that i use for carpenter ants to bait their ecoskeletons more on this in another kind review. <br><br>Personal note: It was a pleasure seeing you today Kathleen many blessings to your mom. Fortunatly I have a 100% success rate with ants the carpenter ants have come out in droves this year with the unfortunate climate change we are experiencing. <br><br>I am glad that after a month everything is going to plan and its unlikely you'll ever see a carpenter ant in your home again. Plants through their rhizosphere release specific sugars calling upon the exact microbe they need to break down the nutrient they need so plants always get what they need.<br><br>Organic nutrients are non-soluble, meaning they need microbes to break it down before they are usable. <br>in-organic or chemical fertilizers like Scotts or Miracle-Gro are soluble meaning plants have no choice but to immediately use everything they are given not only can this lead to nutrient imbalances but now the microbes in the soil die off because they have no food.<br>This leads to hard compacted clay soil. Soft ammendable soil is teaming with life. Now with hard compacted clay soil plants are suceptible to disease with a weakend microbiome yes plants have one as well. Also now plants are dependent on synthetic fertilizers because they can no longer use Organic non soluable ammendments because theres no microbes to break down the amendment.<br>Do not worry there is a Organic solution to everything in this case 1 tablespoon black blackstrap molasses per gallon of water watered into the soil with feed the microbes and bring them back to life. Blackstrap molasses is a universal microbial food. Another great aternative is to mix blackstrap molases into your organic ammendments and to never use another chemical fertilizer again.<br><br>Chemicals are made to confuse and are impossible to understand because they do not make sense and are built for consumerism. <br><br>Organics on the other hand when properly taught, can be quickly learned because they make sense.
