Steven is the most knowledgeable person I have ever come across in all my years as a technician in the home service industry. If you are a homeowner looking for a true professional, this is the company to call. Ask him about eco friendly products and within about two seconds you will understand exactly what I mean. Victory Pest Control services are outstanding! Steve shows up when he says he'll show up, does the things that need doing and always goes the extra mile with a smile. At one point when some brush was cleared away from around the exterior of our chimney, he discovered that the bottom of it was completely missing. Even though it was supposed to be just a normal service call, Steve left the job, went to the local hardware store to purchase plywood and created the wooden structure needed to seal the chimney and exclude the rats! BTW, there was no extra charge for this! In summary: great guy, great company, effective service -- I will not use anyone else!

This is the best pest control company I have worked with. Steve came out sometime back and gave me an honest appraisal of what we needed, no nonsense and reasonable cost. As many places in Oregon we have rats not the loveable movie kind, but the vehicle damaging kind. Since working with Victory we have not had an episode. We did have an odd situation with the bait stations going missing. That was found to be a larger predator which severely damaged 2 and seemed to kept the 3rd, Steve came out and replaced these stations WITH HEAVY duty ones. We will again be retaining Victory as our pest control choice.

Just have to drop a note here and say what a great job Steven has done with our rat problem. We've been battling with these things for years, and now, thanks to Steven, they're finally under control.
