It took about 5 or 6 days for the ants to stop falling out of my chandelier onto the table but now the ones that I find there are all dead! Update 12/12/25 Lee came out again on 12/10 and deposited more ant poison in the same areas as before, because many ants are still crawling around as of today, 2 weeks after the initial visit to eradicate them. They are a tough bunch here but I know Lee will make it happen because we have a 90 day guarantee.

Lee came out to assess a rodent issue in my ceiling. With no attic access and mostly vaulted ceilings, there wasn't much to work with. He went on the roof, checked all of the roof vents and found several that show evidence of rodent activity. He advised on what should be done. I appreciate the timeliness of his arrival. Made planning my day easier. And the assessment was no cost.

didn't have the best experience with this guy... he rarely comes at the time he's supposed to and usually gives very short warning when he's on his way over. Sometimes that might be ok, but I'm in a wheelchair and can't always be ready in 15 minutes for someone to come over without much warning, but he makes you feel like you're putting him out if you're not ready when he is. The rodent service is fair priced and pretty straightforward which was nice, it comes with a 3 month warranty, but just because his traps weren't catching rats consistently after a couple times, he was fairly condescending and made it clear that he didn't believe us when we were still seeing them. When he was collecting his traps I told him our baby was sleeping in the room which he had a couple traps underneath in the crawlspace, he actually said we have about 15 minutes for him to get in there before he had another appointment. Affordable, but I wouldn't recommend this business.
