Founded in 2006 by Inland NW Resident Jacob Borg, Pointe Pest Control has grown from a single office in Spokane, Washington, to multiple locations throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Today Pointe employs an impressive group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem solving and serving our customers' needs. Pointe Pest Control is proud to give back to the communities it serves through a number of avenues, including an annual Scholarship Program awarded to graduating Seniors in Washington, Idaho,Oregon, and Montana. In addition, Pointe conducts an annual Charitable Bed Bug Treatment program called 'Take a Bite of the Holidays' that includes a complete bed bug treatment for a family in need.

We set up a very specific appointment time for the inspection and they could not honor it. If you can’t show up for your first day on the job on time that says a lot about what to expect. Will not use them because of this

My writing report of the service consists of no information regarding treatment for rats in the crawl space as was requested and confirmed that would be addressed. My tenant is still having issues and hearing them chewing away. I also am concerned about how difficult it is currently to actually get a phone call to or from this company. This was not the case in the past

Extremely expensive for termite bait installation and maintenance, after thousands of dollars and years, if you ever cancel your yearly inspection of the bait, they will simply remove them, requiring you to start over if you ever decide to sign up for mitigation.

Really disappointing! They came out and did not cover all the vents. The ones they did cover looked terrible, unprofessional and were not like the picture I was shine of what it would look like. Yikes! They left scraps of material around. The took our crawlspace access that a person used to be able to cut into and made it so small with framing that it’s now unusable. I I would never recommend this company or use them again. A waste of a lot of money.

Company makes it very difficult to cancel the account including not allowing you to do it online or through customer service. It is only through account reps who are not readily available that you can cancel. Visits were less than a half hour with a technician quickly moving around the house. No Treatment of crawl space or garage was offered. Found I had the same if not more pests ants, wasps & spiders

This used to be a good company. It's changed and I just cancelled my account. Terrible customer service and their turnover must be huge as it's a different tech every time one shows up. I have a spider problem and still do. I've just switched to Orkin and they'll take care of my issues.

We were home all day and never saw your Rep. at our house. I refuse to pay the charges because there is no proof that he showed up and performed the services. My husband will be calling Monday to cancel services.

Horrible experience. The service tech came out, sprayed around the house then left, then told his boss that I didn't ask him to come inside. Huh? I'm paying to have ants outside controlled? Might it not be considered that there were ants in the house? He came back and all but called me a liar to my wife and, to put icing on the cake, they quoted $300 and charged me $540.94 on my credit card. I left a message on Thursday and it's Monday and no one has returned my call.

Technician was great. 5 stars. But Pointe Pest Control has terrible customer service. Notified of a Saturday service. No ETA on when technician would arrive. I called the number Saturday morning and after several phone links left a message with scheduling asking for ETA. Never received a call or text back. I waited all day as the technician needed to get inside the house. He showed up at 3:30. A wasted day. Again, he was great. After he left I received a request for a review. I clicked on link and was sent to Google Maps. Another screw up.

Show up first thing in the morning. Scared the hell out of me. Tech talking very loudly on the phone. Company promised to always come between noon-4. Showed up 8 am sharp while we were all sleeping. Was a customer for 4 years. I cancelled because they were uncooperative in resolving this issue for me. Lady was very rude on the phone about it as well. Like she was a victim. They only have high reviews because they give you 50% off your first service for a 5 star review.

I called a few days before the appointment to make sure and requested that the decks would all get a thorough brushing of cobwebs as well as our spa deck and it doesn’t look like it was done and we shouldn’t have to pay for the service when there’s cobwebs everywhere.
