We have had great service from our technician, Bryce since he took over our service. I appreciate his professionalism and his humor equally. He is always happy to answer any questions, and points out things we should look for to keep pests away.

A rodent(s) somehow got into our house the other day. I called and spoke with really nice gentleman, (the reason I gave two instead of 5 stars) He said they would be at our house between 8 AM and 10 AM. He stated they would send text when en route. I missed a phone call. The phone barely rang. I called back minutes later which was before 10 AM. I called numerous times. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and assured me someone would be calling back to come over to the house. Collectively, I was on the phone for over three hours between hold times. Not ONE person called me back! I finally spoke with a gentleman who said he would try and go the extra mile. After holding for quite some time. He said I won’t be able to talk to “regional manager” until Monday morning! In the interim (While waiting for Orkin to call me back) Another Pest Control place called me back. I told him I was going to go with Orkin. After this whole debacle, now the other people can’t come out until Monday at five. My daughter was and is so freaked out that she was on dining room table for 7 hours. When I got home from work, we slept in my car! I also called every Pest Control service in Bend. Everybody was slammed! Two thumbs down to Orkin!!!!

Brendan was here for our initial service today. He explained the procedures he would complete and said to feel free to ask any questions. He was very knowledgeable and extremely polite.

Bryce has been our tech for years now we love his proffesionalism and everytime we have an issue he takes care of it asap

Very professional. Been using them for years for general pest control and it's worth it. The tech asks questions, listens carefully and if he finds something I don't know about, he deals with it then checks it during the next visit. I recommend their services.

Excellent service today. Brenden was very helpful getting to know our property and concerns as a new owner. He carefully inspected the house and took actions to protect and prevent He kept us informed on his actions and discussed the next steps for our maintenance program. He also made recommendations for us on additional prevention measures we can take on the structure.

Orkin’s intake was not great. I had to repeat my details three or four times to different people. However, Ronaldo from the local team was phenomenal. VIP hands down. He solved our issue, was able to followup quickly, communicated professionally, and was very transparent about the process. We would be happy to work with him again.
