A heartfelt thank you to Troy for taking the time to precisely diagnose the pest problem so that I can find long-lasting solutions. Three other companies were gung ho to kill the pests to deal with the immediate problem, but didn’t take time to figure out where the pests entered and why. Troy’s inspection was completely different - thorough and careful. He was very knowledgable, patient and kind.

Always on time, excellent service

We have been customers for over 20 years, with a prepaid service. Unfortunately, this past year has seen a dramatic decline in quality of service. We have made 3 phone calls, and had the manager come out here to see where several areas had obviously been skipped on our properties. Today, the receipt for service was placed inside the doorframe immediately adjacent to the front porch light that they claimed had been dewebbed. So frustrating to see how much money I spend for this low level of detail.

I have used Swanson’s a number of times over a 30 year period. Originally I needed help getting rid of ants in the kitchen ( ! once !). The other service calls were for sugar ants outside but near the house. Once or twice carpenter ants were also found & treated with the ants. All the following years I only had them do a 1 time service & it always worked. Plus they include 2 follow up visits to their one time treatments. They coached me on steps I could take to reduce the ants attraction to “homesteading” inside. 😀 My last few service calls were handled by Daniel. I saw him every 2 -3 years on average. (I am okay with ants outside until they get right next to the house.) He was respectful of my safety concerns, transparent in giving info, calm & professional & never tried to oversell their services. He explained things clearly & gave me the options & his recommendations. He asked for coaching from his supervisor by phone to tap into his knowledge base. All in all, he inspires confidence in Swanson services. (Daniel is a great representative for Swanson’s.)

Have been a customer since 2007 and very satisfied with the actual service but totally unhappy with the office customer service. I have a credit card on file for processing each service call and over the years had to call the office to remind them to apply it. Some months ago there were 2 bills outstanding so the office cancelled my service with no call or notice to me. Then 3 months later used the credit card to pay the balance. Since the service is often done while we are not home, I did not notice the cutoff and then called the office. She stated that the account was stopped for non-payment and blamed me. I had a second call and another person confirmed they still had my valid credit card on file. On that 2nd call, I left a message for the service person to call to start again but have heard nothing for weeks.

We have been in business for over 40 years and used Swansons since 2021on dozens of our accounts. By far is the worst company to deal with in regards to their office staff. They are rude, non-responsive, have no interest in attempting to help clear up accounting questions when asked becomes combative. We are moving on! would advise you do the same.

One of their drivers( or the owner) thinks it's cute to overtake in unsafe situations and speed in residential areas. It's probably best not to drive like a maniac, especially when you have your company name the back of the truck.

I had no hope that I would find someone to come out promptly for a home inspection required for sale of house. Swanson's provide prompt service and thorough inspection. In today's world of criticizing the service area, this is experience was much appreciated. Thank you to Troy Albitz and to Swanson's.

I called a week ago, they came out and inspected my home and outdoors areas for RATS. They said there IS a rat infestation and the would call property owner to discuss what steps to take, neither the property owner or I have gotten a call back, yet!

No one had got back to me about a appt

Jared has been providing our service for several years. He us very professional and knowledgeable.

I just had my home serviced for carpenter ants and Jared arrived a little early for the appointment . He explained the process as well as the product he was using and was impressed by his professionalism. Nicely done

This is the 2nd time i have used this company and they know what they are doing and after spending 30 years doing the same job that's saying a lot.

Just received a nasty phone call from the owner of this company. She said she " just received a phone call from my land lord and we are not behind that Loyd is right on spot " and then hung up on me" I was shocked I worked in pest control for a long time and would never talk like that to a customer..... I guess I just the tenant in this case and not the person paying. I will be cancelling the this service. Not a good way to talk to people. Zero customer service.

Dangerous driver. Speeding through a residential area. Rude and confrontational when asked to slow down.

We have had the pleasure of using Swanson’s for over 12 years at our restaurant and at our home. Jarod has been such an amazing resource, as has the rest of the staff. From how knowledgeable they are to response time and everything in between, I am so impressed with their level of service. I highly recommend them for all types of pest control problems as well as for preventative measures. Thank you, Swanson’s!
