Based in Eugene, we serve residential, commercial, and government clients with expert pest extermination, rodent control, wood-destroying organism treatment, dead animal removal, and more. The front desk lady is incredibly rude. I recommend Orkin, they are a little more expensive but do much better work.

Both Austen and Dave were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, even when I was really upset about my apartment manager’s long delay in handling the ant issue. I highly recommend their services. They are not only pest control experts but customer service professionals as well.

It was a wonderful experience with VERY knowledgeable people from the first call to the actual appointment. From my mice problem to my ant problem they knew all the things and informed me of things other pest guys didn't. Genuinely feels like they know what they are doing and talking about. Would refer them 100%.

We have a dead something under the house the smell is horrible and they came out and didn't locate it and left only one odor bag when the smell is spreading over the entire house. I am disappointed in the outcome of the service we received. They responded fast tho once our landlord got ahold of them. That I appreciate and hope they will be back to actually accomplish the removal of the dead animal under the home. Once that is done I will happily change my review

I recently talked to Austin as I was working about help with ant problems. As he was working he stopped for a couple minutes out of his time to answer some questions. This gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable about the questions I had. I am now going to set up an appointment with this company due to the fact that Austin did a tremendous job answering question and really knows his job real well. Hats off Austin.
