I'm thankful to have a 🐀 problem taken care of. Jeff sealed up all the spots and set traps for a couple weeks to see if it worked. It did. Jeff was timely, quoted a reasonable amount explaining each area that needed attention, did not charge extra for some additional areas he identified after the initial inspection, and then followed up to check the traps and clean up any rodent droppings. Jeff went above and beyond what I expected when I agreed to his services. This review must sound over the top, but it feels like every arborist and roofer or other home repair person in eugene is charging extra after the fact, doing the bare minimum, untimely, and leaving a mess.

We had insulation blowing up through our vents and heard scuffling from below, so we knew we had a rodent problem. I called Jeff between Christmas and New Year's after all the big companies told me they couldn't come out before the new year. Jeff made time to come out the quickest which helped ensure we got the problem taken care of before it got out of control. He is a good communicator. His pricing is very fair. And I love that he didn't leave any poison or try to rope me into a long pest-control contract that I didn't need. Since Jeff did the exclusion work, we haven't heard any rodents or seen any other signs of them. I would enthusiastically recommend Jeff to anyone with rodent concerns. He made this process as stress-free and straightforward as possible!

I typically don’t leave reviews but— I had a serious rat issue in the crawl space. Impossible to figure out how to fix the problem. When i got in touch with Jeff he immediately knew what steps to take to finally resolve everything. Highly recommend using his services if anyone else is going through similar stuff.

Jeff was great, courteous and trustworthy. Agree that he offers discounts for repeat customers demonstrating he values his relationships. Would recommend him to anyone needing to 'get a grip' on a rodent challenge!

Eugene Rodent Guy did an effective and thorough job of rodent exclusion, sealing up a hole in our foundation vent. Jeff also inspected the crawl space for rodents and set traps for a significantly lower cost than quoted by another company. He was honest about there being no signs of current rodent activity, so fewer traps were needed than the first quote. I procrastinated calling for help because I was concerned about the critters’ potential suffering. Jeff was supportive and patient in helping me manage my anxiety about this. I felt comfortable that he didn’t want animals to suffer either. Thank you, Jeff! Such a relief that everything is handled.

Just had Eugene Rodent Guy (Jeff) out to the house for an ongoing problem with roof rats. Jeff was awesome, thoroughly inspecting the roofline and crawlspace for rodent entry points, found a key area, and sealed it. I've worked with a lot of rodent control/ pest exclusion companies over the years and found Jeff to be terrific. Highly recommended!!
