Both Jacob & Natasha (in the office) are very knowledgeable, professional and highly respected in our area. They have been kind & patient with my busy schedule. I have had them out twice through my home warranty company. Jacob sprayed for ants and spiders and we’ve have had excellent results each time. I am a first time home owner of a house built in the mid ‘60s so I inherited unwelcome guests. Despite being on a tight schedule Jacob took the time to do did an impromptu inspection on another matter at no charge. I am reaching back out to them now to follow up and ask Jacob to come back out & complete that process!!

Will never do business with Dave's Pest Control. I'm not sure how this company stays in business. They never return calls. my home warranty company referred me to them twice and both times they never answered their phone, nor returned calls after leaving multiple messages). This last time they simply didn't show up for the service appointment

Since we both provide pest control services in Lane County, we've had the opportunity to get to know Jacob the owner. Jacob did a great job doing some rodent exclusion work on my home. During the time he was doing the exclusion work, I was having the siding on my home replaced which created the need for Jacob to have to return on two other occasions so as to work around the siding folks. He did it graciously. Very happy with the work he did.

Called and spoke to someone about having an evaluation and quote for a rodent problem. They were supposed to take a look at it and call me back with a quote the next day. Its been a week now and they won't even return my calls now. Probably shouldn't have committed to giving a quote the next day if you were unable to fulfill that promise.

That's because i don't have the man power to get to you not because I'm ignoring you. I am a 1 person operation now and I simply can't get to everyone. I don't think that is justice for a 1 star review of my work though.<br>You are right and I do apologize that I was unable to call you back with your quote I will strive to do better next time and make it more clear that I can't possibly get to everyone instantly and encourage texting more as the quickest way to get a response.
