Bug Zapper Pest Control

We have lots of ants on our property and paid for a monthly spray from Bug Zappers. They came out the first month and sprayed inside and outside the property. We were very pleased! Then, we were charged for the next month but no one came out to spray nor did they contact us. It is now 2 months since our first treatment and we have had no contact from the company. I called and left a message asking for a refund for the month since we received no services and did not hear back. Hopefully I can get in contact with them this week so I can cancel.

Bug Zapper has serviced my home for the past 4 yrs. They are a 5 star company that provides excellent bug, bees, ants and rodents for our property. The company is responsive & quick to address needs in addition to routine visits. I highly recommend Bug Zapper for any need you may have outside or in. Excellent!!

Don't do business with this place. They charged me $1000 (one thousand) for a bed bug treatment. The crew was only here for 1.5 hours and found 0 bed bugs. I didn't need the second treatment or any other treatment. They refused to refund any money because I don't need the second treatment. Instead, they offered to give me credit for services I don’t need, which will expire in 2 months. The person plain refused to refund me any money and gave me a lame excuse of an invoice being posted and couldn't be reversed. As if the rest of us are dumb people who never dealt with accounting. Bad bad business.

First service was the day after I called. The technician Barulio was right on time, pleasant, considerate of my home by mopping up some rain water, and explained what he saw and what he did.

We have either wasps or hornets in multiple spots in the ground in our yard and my husband who is also allergic has to go to the hospital yet again from being highly allergic to them and nothing being done by the bug “experts”. The team has been out to our home multiple times and done nothing about this issue other than put a few $3 traps up and spray some RAID. The flying death traps came back the next day. Another thing, whoever answers the texts here saying "they're probably just living their best life" is an idiot. That's not something people with bug problems want to hear when they're paying you to get rid of that bugs "best life." If you hire this company be prepared to feel ripped off and gaslit. The techs are nice and all but useless if they can’t do the job and the customer service text line is absolutely horrendous with how they handle (meaning ignore) peoples concerns.

Rhonda S. came out to our home and did an outstanding job! She handled our house and animals with care. The quality of her work was something that was so refreshing to see. It was obvious that Rhonda actually cared and wanted to do a great job! Great job Rhonda, Bug Zapper she is so valuable as an employee.

Great communication and service. Any issues we have experienced since moving into our home have dealt with. Our technician is helpful even if he has to recommend others for issues he deems outside of his scope. This type of humility gives me confidence in their service.

We had an emergency and Gary was right here on a Saturday. Was smelling something dead from vents under house. Something was rotting. Gary arrived and suited up. He went under the house and in a matter of minutes located a dead possum. In the process he looked around to make sure there was nothing else and located 2 live kittens. He removed the possum and brought out the kittens. They are with a family now. Smell is dissipating. Had they not been able to come out today, the outcome of the kittens would have surely been grim. Thank you Gary and Bug Zapper Pest Control!!!

Bug Zapper Pest Control has done a great job for us! We are renovating our home and have come across many spiders in the process. Following the initial service by Bug Zapper, I’ve only noticed dead spiders! I totally recommend hiring Bug Zapper Pest Control!

I called Bug Zapper office in the morning when they opened. They said they could have someone out same day. Gary showed up on time. Took care of the problem with proof by video & actual wasp nest he took out & put in a plastic bag. Great on price. I will deffinetly use this company again if need be in the future. Where I live has a severe sugar ant problem. Once we started using bug zapper we never had an issue with the ants again.

Bug Zapper is the best. No bugs is worth the cost! We live in a historic house that gets huge spiders and tons of bugs outside. Since they sprayed, we've seen not a single living bug. The tech even cleaned the cobwebs from the eaves and such. Also, BTW, it's refreshing to have a company respond to texts. Seriously. It's 2020. This should be standard. Thanks, Bug Zapper!

We just love these folks to pieces, they are friendly and extremely helpful if we have a question about anything pest related. If they say they will be at our home between a certain time you can bet they will be, and if you need to change your appointment the office staff is happy to oblige. We highly recommend Bug Zapper for your bug and vermin related issues.

We have used Bug Zapper Pest Control services for 3+ years. We called them initially because of a rodent infestation under our house. They arrived promptly, evaluated the problem and began "treating " the problem. It took some time but we have been rodent free since. We continue to utilize their services for insect control as there are plenty of those out in the country where we live. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Jacob Lander, the owner even returned my call on a weekend. I love having no insects inside our home! The exterior of our home has no cobwebs or bees nests. We plan to continue our service and would highly recommend them to you!
