Horrible service. Did not get rid of my ants or bugs and I paid hundreds of dollars. I felt uncomfortable with the technician that came out so I called them and asked them not to bring the same technician out ever again. The manager must have just ignored me they sent the same one out the next time. Imagine if something had happened to me because I did feel so uncomfortable around them. I had a yellow jacket problem in my yard. I called Truly Nolan to help me with the issue as they listed bees were one of the services they provided. The technician who came to my home did not know the difference between a honey bee and a yellow jacket. He proceed to tell me that he is not able to take out the honey bees because they a pollinators and the law. While he was giving me the misformation about the bees being honey bees, he got stung by a yellow jacket. He still proceeded to tell
