He and his partner did a great job, i wasn't home when they arrived but he talked to me on the phone and they were very polite and good with my family even tho I wasn't able to make it. And did everything they were supposed to do and more. I plan to keep the service long term.

Really happy that I answered my door when Kammeron knocked, he made it really easy to get set up and to get scheduled! They work around your schedule and work weekends which helps immensely for single and working parents! Clayton came out and sprayed today, both of the guys were super quick and Clayton was very detailed on what was going to happen and what to expect. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been super professional, kind, and knowledgeable! They also do free follow up appointments!! I’m extremely happy with my decision!! Will for sure refer anybody in need of pest control going forward! Thank you EnviroGuard!!!

So far so good they showed up on time and were very fast and sprayed the outside and inside as well as the garage and set traps and wiped the spiderwebs so far so good and now time will tell 😊

The technicians made sure to introduce themselves prior to service after patiently waiting for me to corral and quiet my dogs. The service to my home was quick and professional and the technicians made sure to tell me what was done prior to leaving. For a first impression of the company they did marvelous work!

2 employees drove up and one got down and sprayed. When he went back to the truck, the other one came to the door to leave service card. I asked him if the window sills can be sprayed because the first employee did not do it. He went back to the truck to let the other employee know, and it was actually the second employee who got the spray and completed my request. Why would I have to request that??? It costs $85.

Benjamin is a pleasant and professional person to deal with. He understood what I was experiencing with a difficult customer service person on the phone. I explained to Benjamin I was dissatisfied with the notification I received without any time frame. I informed him the person on the phone was accusatory and difficult to deal with and she couldn't understand my complaints regarding the missing time frame on Benjamin showing up at my residence.
