Orkin

I've had such a hard time with orkin. I've told them many times, I can only do weekends because I work out of town all week. Still till this very day, they continue to make my appointments on weekdays. I have to call and ask them to switch it everytime. There's been times where they do not show and another time where they said they came and I wasn't home. I was here waiting all day. They never forget to charge my credit card every month. I called and asked for a supervisor to call me and never received a call back from them. I dont know if this is just the albuquerque location or what's going on. But it's really frustrating. They only want your money. And are not there to help. They dont even spray right. Its really quick and dont even care about your concerns. Lazy people. Go elswhere. Save some money.

Tech was on time, very thorough and professional. I felt like I got a good treatment. Hope he’s my tech next time as well.

In March 2026 I agreed to monthly mosquito service beginning May 1, 2026. On 7/6/26 I completed Orkin’s online form advising I was not satisfied with the results. The automated response promised a prompt follow up. 7/21/26 I called customer service. I was promised a response within 24 hours. There’s been no response to either outreach. However, on 8/8/26 I did receive an email and text that my next service is scheduled for 8/11/26. This service should have taken place on/about 8/3/26. My technician has always been prompt, courteous and professional. Otherwise, I’d rate my Orkin experience below 3 stars.

Customer service is very good showed up on time as expected. Tech was very good at his job but when I called for the inspection, they told me that I would have it done today, but the tech said he couldn’t get it done until Monday and the prices were overpriced Overall, everything great.

Tony was very friendly, professional and thorough. He listened to our concerns and explained clearly all he was doing to address them.

We had a rough start with our borate treatment appointment - it was scheduled for 9am on a Saturday, and no one showed up, called, or texted. I called the main line and even they couldn’t track down what happened, so I ended up canceling. To make it more frustrating, we’d also only been told to cover our hot tub, not the patio, so there was some scrambling once the tech arrived for the rescheduled visit. That said, Orkin made real effort to make it right. A supervisor called and apologized, and got a technician out the very next morning. The tech himself was great - fast, thorough, and even rinsed off some drips that missed the tarp on our porch. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters more, and Orkin stepped up. We’ll continue using them.

Pele did a great job servicing our home! He was very thorough both inside and outside of the house.

Jamie was very nice and did a great job in and outside my home. He did as I asked him to...told me I can call him anytime...thanks, I can now feel more relaxed in my house.

The gentleman was very courteous and took care of business

I am so pleased with our first time services with Orkin and Jason Lorreto for being so nice and explaining what he was going to do and also explaining the process of how it was going to go. I highly recommend Jason to come out again to the Eapanola area he gets 5 stars from us!

Knowledgeable and professional, text and email communications were plentiful but a bit chaotic.

Casey was terrific. He went above and beyond the requirements of his job (cleaned the spider webs from my windows and alerted me to a possible infestation of carpenter ants). He was also on time and very polite and cordial. Thank you.

Pele Coonsis was exceptionally courteous and gave me so much information about the service. He showed me where the mice and bugs are coming in. He plugged the openings and set traps. Pele was very patient while listening to my concerns and did a professional and thorough job! I'm satisfied with everything that he did. I will feel comfortable in my home again. I will highly recommend Orkin!

Jericho was a true professional! Honest and informative. We have little kids and a recent newborn and he was exceptional about keeping the house safe for the entire family. I would call him back in a heart beat!

Our Orchid man Was very respectful, polite, and kind! He truly cares about his work. He was very knowledgeable and had a very direct plan of attack for our current situation! He gave me all the information that I need for the process to run smoothly. He was very knowledgeable about the products that he was using. He also gave me a backup plan for something didn’t work, And told me what to expect in the future! Way to go Martin Lopez! I will be praying you will be my guy going forward!!!!!

I must say, Alexandria was our Orkin technician, and So friendly and professional. Made me feel so comfortable. I was able to take my parents and three dogs. I Felt very comfortable leaving my Home in her her very capable hands.
