Had termite inspection.done on my home for refinancing. Dean the inspector was very knowledgeable. Very nice man . Polite.

I don’t have bugs in my house so that’s great! The people who come to spray have always been professional when I’ve met them. I’m usually away when they spray and have never had an issue.

Watch out for this business. We called about pigeon removal services and they wanted a $109.00 plus tax fee for the priviledge to knock on your door. This cost is in addition to, not part of, any service they provide. There are other businesses that are less expensive and do not feel entitled to charge you extra fees for coming to your place of business or residence.

Driver cut me off on east bound Monaño at Coors today 6/20 at 2:45 doing 55-60 miles an hour while swerving in and out of traffic also passed the red light at the residential intersection down the road. Didn't know bug calls were that important. Insects will still be there when you arrive.

Extremely negative experience. I had hired them to treat bed bugs in one of the rooms of my vacation rental property. Pls note that I also have a bi monthly pest control service with them. Payed almost $200/hr for the bed bug treatment, kept the room closed for almost a month, got it inspected again, and was given the go ahead to start renting the room again as they didn't find anything. Today, 26th of Nov, the very first day that I started the room, after 27 days of keeping it closed, my guest found beg bugs in all stages of their life cycle in the room. Needless to say that I won't be using their services again, and will not also be renewing my bi monthly pest control service contract with them.

We have used this company for about 3+ years. Initially we had really good service and our home was checked for insects, etc before the technician started spraying. The last 4 visits (2/3 of a year) have been poor. No checking, insects return the next day, spend on average very little time on the property for the service charge. The last visit we decided it was enough, less than 15 minutes here (that's a $360/hr rate), sprayed our packages (that shows the level of carelessness). They always tell you call us back, we didn't mean to, etc but this is not a customer friendly company, they expect you to do the legwork. Scheduling is problematic, they give you only a few days notice and no time window (like others do) and of course expect you to call back.

I used these folks for years. We have found that the quality has dropped over the past 12-16 months. Have to have multiple re-sprays, etc. Used their Weed service with a 6 month guarantee. We had to have them back out 3 times. Finally, we just decided to do it ourselves. If you want quality, you may want to look elsewhere.

Way too expensive for the quality of service you get. Called for a re-spray due to still having problems after my initial treatment. Bugs are everywhere, I get it. The man who came for the re-spray told me there is little to be done about spiders and proceeded to act like he was spraying my baseboards, without actually spraying much of anything. As a former exterminator I understand you can't get everywhere, but even my long open hallway was dry directly after he left that area. There were a few spots where I could see some chemical was applied, but very little was actually done and those were few and very far between. That being said, there is plenty to be done for spiders, such as Delta Dust under the baseboards into the wall and around sinks in those gaps into the wall where spiders main water sources are. This was our normal spider treatment at my former company. I asked the man if he would be able to do that and he said he was just here to re-spray, which he didn't even do. I had them back out again thinking I just had a poor interaction with this one applicator. Second time around similar to the first, except this time I was told they focus on the outside and don't do dust. I was told their product has a ninty day grantee and the service has sixty, but to allow a couple weeks to allow it to work. After a couple weeks of still having problems I called again for a re-spray, but was told there was only a thirty day grantee, and I had missed my window by a couple days. Decided to go with a different company instead of another service call.

I hired this company in July 2020, they were prompt on the first service, however the 2nd scheduled service was missed. Regarding my 2nd service, a tech called and said my home was not on his normal route, and that a different tech would call and schedule me. I argued against a rescheduling and he agreed to keep the appointment as is. Well he never showed up and nobody has called me to reschedule, oh but they could sure process my autopayment. I’m not satisfied with their customer service and I would not recommend their service. On a good note, my sales rep tried his best to resolve my scheduling issue but he can’t fix everything, my hats off to him for his efforts. P/S... I debated on this last note originally. I knew the rebuttal would include some apparent miscommunication or perhaps for the customer to share fault in this experience. I’m further disappointed.

Eric, I’m sorry for the confusion in scheduling. It sounds like there was definitely a miscommunication, as the notes I have on this account indicate something completely different.<br>As far as the payment, I see no evidence that any payment was ran except for the first service, which you indicated was not a problem. If I am incorrect in that, please let me know, and I will be happy to research further.
So early this spring a door to door rep came to my house and convinced me to switch from Greenway Pest Control to Preventive Pest control claiming that it was cheaper but just as good if not better of a service. Greenway treated every 3 months and Preventive every two so I figured why not try it. I cancled my service with Greenway and switched. Preventive came out and treated my property a week or two later and assured me everything would be great. Two weekes later I was seeing spiders, ants, centimeters, and other insects. Called preventive and had them come back. Next treatment scheduled and they came back to treat the propert once again. Same issue and had to call them back shortly after to come spray again. Long story short, whatever they are spraying is not working and so i called the office to figure it out and was told I could cancel my service and pay 150 dollars plus tax to cancel my contract. Are you f!#%&g kidding me. Im expected to pay for not only a product that does not work but to pay to cancel a contract that I was swindled into signing. STILL WAITING ON CALL FROM THE MANAGER WHO OBVIOUSLY DOESNT CARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE . THAY ARE CROOKS. Spread the word and do research on companies before you sign. NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

DO NOT RECOMMEND... I have had service with Preventive Pest Control for just under 2 years. My family used to be with them for years which is why I chose them for service at my home. With that said, I am very displeased with the service I have received once moving to my new house in April 2019. I was set on a bi-monthly service agreement, however I have had to call them out every month in-between scheduled services to have the house sprayed because whatever they are using or dong is not working. I have also had issues with them forgetting or not calling to schedule the bi-monthly appointments; resulting in me having to call them to remind them and schedule. Most of the confusion came from the in-between appointments that they had to complete since the pest problem is still not managed. Those appointments must confuse the staff since I was being billed for the "free" call-back sprays along with the scheduled bi-monthly sprays. Sorting that mess out caused errors in their documentation although they state they have no errors. This used to be such a great company but I have lost faith and have received terrible service. The technicians are very nice, however I am not paying to meet with nice technicians, I am paying to have my pest problems managed. I have spiders, ants and many other pests still not under control. From personal experience, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone until they make changes to better manage accounts and to actually manage pest problems. Take your money elsewhere where you get the benefits from the services that are supposedly being provided to you. You will also avoid billing confusion and inconsistencies by seeking services elsewhere. The company did not have a manager present to speak with when I cancelled and I prefer to not speak with a manager any longer since the problems are continuous. I am gad to be freed from their services.

Daniel, thanks for the feedback, and on behalf of the Preventive family, I apologize that the service did not live up to your expectations. We take this feedback seriously, and we would still like to work with you if possible. It sounds like there might be some communication issues, and maybe they can be resolved. Our records indicate that we actually set up service at your current address in October of 2018, and had set up an agreement for bi-monthly service, however following the initial service we left several messages to schedule subsequent services, but had been unsuccessful in reaching you. Our notes indicate that you cancelled the service in February of this year due to plans to move out of state. However, I see that you resumed service in April at the same address. The next service was done June 5 of this year, and then a free re-service was done on July 23. We received a message on August 26 that you were needing service, and that service was scheduled for August 30. This was a chargeable service per our agreement since it had been over two months since your last charged service. At this time, if you are still experiencing pests, we are more than happy to come at no charge to resolve the pests, as you are still within the two month period following your last service. I would also be more than happy to talk to you to resolve any other issues that you may be having, as it is clear that there are communication issues since my notes indicate that we made several attempts to reach you and schedule services after you signed up for the service in October last year, and perhaps we can come up with some better methods of communication (I know that voice calls don't always work best for everyone)<br>Please feel free to contact me and let me know if we can work to resolve the issues.<br>Thanks,<br>Chesley
No option for a zero .. Been a customer for many years and had great service. Had medical issues and three family members pass away so of course I fell behind. When I would call in payments I told the staff do not send out any of there service techs until my account is paid in full. I always had there techs show up asking to spray our house and calls to set up an appointment. THEY can never follow directions.. This morning I called into make a payment and paid my account in full , was told I could not set up another appointment until I put my card on auto pay , I told there employee no I will not do that. Then I was informed then no future appointment's.. I kindly said thank you but no again and I will find someone else. Thanks for the many years of great service and you just lost a customer..
