I give this company zero stars. The sales agent was dishonest about there not being a contract. My bank account was charged monthly and them spraying did nothing for spiders, ants and roaches. This experience sure taught me not to answer the door for sales agents.

Timely appointment, technician arrived early, I was able to complete the treatment indoors & outdoors in a very timely fashion.

I cannot speak on behalf of their service I have heard mixed feelings on it but I can however speak on behalf of their sales reps and their contracts, my dad used to use them and there was no contract with a cancellation when he first signed up and when he cancelled and just recently had a sales rep at the door he got signed up again saying how there is a cancellation which he was okay with but the sales rep clarified that it was only going to be a service cancellation not the whole contract so he was told the cancellation could be up to 150 dollars and we just called to cancel and one representative said it would be then we got to the managers and they clarified it was the whole year which was around 800 DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE they are a very shady company especially the door to door sales team

I used this company for years but recently when cockroaches started appearing at my house, I emailed them twice about the problem and never got the courtesy of a reply. When I left a message to cancel my service, though, they called back immediately. My preference is to do business with companies that are responsive to customer without having to threaten cancellation. Unfortunately, this is not one of those companies.

Marco has been my technician for a couple of years and he is very thorough at his job. Also very personable and is able to converse a bit but all the while working at his task. He is an asset to your company. Please don't transfer him anywhere. Also at his next performance review give him an exceeds expectations rating and also a 20% increase in pay. He absolutely deserves it. Referencing the question below, I don't remember how much I pay as it is an automatic debit from my account.

We have had HomeTeam come to our home for 5 years and they are a great company to work with, professional, courteous, friendly, effective, reasonably priced-i highly recommend!

We used Home Team Pest Defense for 8 years, but unfortunately something has changed with their formula and it’s not effective like it used to be. We recently had our quarterly service and saw bugs in the home. They came out to spray inside again and we’re still seeing bugs. We have decided to cancel our service with them.

He took the time to explain the process and made sure to spray every area that needed attention—and even went above and beyond to cover additional spots I hadn’t considered. Working with home team is easy and they keep up regular pest control visits so I don’t have to work to Mae sure it gets done when I need it. They are very flexible with scheduling. Marco is our technician and he is a pleasure to welcome into our space.

I had been in my new house less than two months when roaches appeared in force. And I’m not talking a rogue bug or two—these things took over my garage and started appearing inside within a few days. In a panic (and sufficiently grossed out), I called these folks. Jeremy was awesome—he got me scheduled for service immediately. Jorden came out and walked me through what to expect. A month later, those nasty squatters are completely evicted. Highly recommend these folks!

We bought a new home in October and found that there was a bug issue because it seemed that the previous owner didn't do any pest control. With previous homes we've owned, we just sprayed ourselves, but our new home is much bigger and we started with bugs. Because of this we decided to have a professional take care of the issue. Before scheduling, I had all of my questions answered by a very professional and friendly young man (I want to say his name was Tio) and was very satisfied. My first service was the next day. Marco communicated with me when he arrived to make sure all of my concerns would be addressed. He filled our Taexx, sprinkled granules on our property, sprayed around our windows and doors, and even removed some nests and cobwebs that I've been meaning to get to. Marco even sent me a text when he was done and let me know to reach out if I need anything before our next service. I don't know why I haven't had a professional service take care of pest control before now. HomeTeam Pest Defense made things so easy, their team is incredible, and you can't beat the price (especially for the stellar service). I can't recommend them enough!
