Robert is the Best! He knows his stuff is friendly and professional, and adjust his time to meet my schedule. He takes good care of my home and I’m very confident once he’s been here and I never see any pests thanks to his work.

Great service. I'm pretty much the only person in the cul-de-sac that uses Terminix for mosquitoes because we do irrigating from the Highline ditch just west of us and it comes down a little acequia or Channel to my yard for irrigating, and I'm so glad that I have Terminix spray for mosquitoes because I never have any and everybody else does. yesterday was the termite checking but the service assistant checked also the sticky trap boxes that help with catching any insects. He went out of his way to do so.

I haven’t had service by them, however I was driving on Route 66, about 2-3 minutes before you reach central and tramway, when one of their company trucks pulled right in front of the driver in front of me. This caused both myself and the driver in front of me to slam on our brakes and for the car in front of me to swerve to avoid a collision. The terminx truck just kept driving like he didn’t just almost cause a 3+ car pileup. It was scary enough for me to feel the need to bring attention to this.

I had an appointment for today 2/21 between the hours of 1 and 2:30, for a VA termite inspection. The tech never showed up or called. I had to call the national number they were very RUDE. They told me that Adam was the tech. Very disappointed with the service or lack of service.

They don’t show up to appointments. Didn’t show up to 12/22 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm and didn’t show up to 12/24 8:00 am -9:30 am. No cancellation notice , no phone call to reschedule, no communication. What a joke

Called the company to dispute an outstanding balance. The employee I spoke to told me to ignore the balance. They charged me for a visit that never happened. I have video cameras and a Ring doorbell. The only access to my attic space is in my laundry room. I’m so sorry I got involved with this company.
Needed them to come out and do an inspection as part of a closing they claimed on the phone it was free, then upon the technician arriving he told me $250 was the cost of this. Unacceptable customer service and they have now prolonged things on my closing. Terrible communication on their part

I would have liked to share a positive review of Terminix in Albuquerque, New Mexico. However they no called no showed me 3 times after scheduling appointment.

The local employees are nice but the corporate ones are awful. We had 2 properties covered and set up on monthly auto pay via credit card. When this company merged with another one late last year, THEY failed to request the monthly payments. Eventually they texted us, but the texts never had their name and looked like attempts at phishing. I deleted them. Then we found out they terminated our residential coverage after 30 YEARS! The second property would have been reactivated if we paid the amount owing. Thank you, no! They showed no respect for us as long term customers. Their business practices are very cloudy. Frankly, we suspect we were terminated because earlier contracts include repairs in addition to treatment. Beware of corporate shadiness and complete uncaring at the corporate level.

Scheduled an appointment for 9am in Rio Rancho no show, called to find out what's up. Recieved a call back from the supposed inspector from the wrong state. Called again told a Margaret will contact me. It's already 11 and no call or show.. lost any contract with me!

In Albuquerque NM Terminex purchased Pest Defense and scheduled a service appointment last week. The technician never showed up. They rescheduled for this week, and yet again—no one showed. When I called to get answers, the representative couldn’t even find our account—despite the fact that we received a text confirmation with the time and date of the appointment. How does that even happen? She blamed her outdated system and transferred me to another rep. I then sat on hold for 15 minutes before finally giving up. I called back and was told the wait time was five minutes. I waited. Then suddenly, the wait time changed to “over five minutes.” Seriously? I opted for a callback just so I could cancel the service because at this point, I’m done. This is beyond unacceptable—it’s a joke. When big companies buy out the smaller ones, customer service becomes nonexistent, and this is a perfect example. I refuse to waste another second dealing with this mess. Update: They never called back, so I had to call them again—only to be put on hold once more. When I finally got through, they still couldn’t find my account and had to transfer me yet again. After another round of waiting, someone finally answered, found my account, and told me they were just the first stage of the cancellation process. Seriously? They transferred me again, and I was put on hold again. Then, as if this wasn’t already a complete disaster, they actually had the nerve to ask if I was dissatisfied with the service. Are you kidding me? After all of this, I was finally able to cancel. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating. The incompetence, the endless runaround, and the complete lack of accountability are unbelievable. I will never deal with this company again.

Short version: Terrible experience with inspector. I called the company and they scheduled an appointment for Saturday. The inspector was already trying to cancel the appointment on Friday. Then she texted me saying if I would be ready to make a decision that Saturday when she’d come to inspect for the 1st time. Already a red flag. She unscrewed our outlets and was trying to screw the outlets straight into the drywall. When I mentioned we would like another quote before moving forward, she claimed she had another appointment and left the property without putting the outlets back. My husband and I had to put the screws back. Do not recommend this company. Felt like they were just trying to make a sale. Very unprofessional.
