Now that the year is up, I feel justified in giving a complete review of the service I have received. Their chemicals never fixed the issues. I’m a recent return customer. Thomas showed up on time, knows his business, and communicated well with me. I can’t say enough good things about Thomas. Just a wonderful person and technician. I’ve been using Bugman Pest Control for more than a few years now, and I am very happy with their services. I live in the mountains, so I have challenges with mice, rats, gophers, bats, spiders, and other pests, and I also have a fruit orchard that needs annual protection against larvae and other infections. I can't reccommend Johanna highly enough. Humane, fairly priced, and prompt. The gophers are not evil, they are just being themselves. Nonetheless, they had to be handled quickly. Johanna made an uncomfortable situation much easier and more pleasant. She genuinely cares about her customers and is respectful in the taking of the gopher's lives. I didn't feel bad about it at all. This is definitely the person to call for fast, affordable, humane gopher removal.
Johanna was professional and explained the process of setting traps and what to expect. Traps worked and no longer losing plants to the gopher. Highly recommend Johanna.
