Asked for an inspection on a house before I bought it. Was told there was no signs of any wood destroying pests, only to get news from home inspector that there was clear signs of shelter tubes. Got another opinion and was told it definitely needed to be treated. Do not recommend them at all, unless you want to be screwed over, just pencil whipping through the day.
