This company has been inconvenient and frustrating to work with. From the beginning my husband paid them for one service, or at least what he thought. Then after that they stated we signed a contract and continued charging us for services we didn’t want. They never explained by giving the payment information that there would be a contract we’re entering into. The contract finally ended, thank God. Once the contract ended we were no longer with them. Months later, they are pestering us about paying these “overdue payments.” They are now trying to charge us for two months of service. There was no service even done those months. After my husband called and spoke to them to clear up these fees, the lady double checked and stated he was correct in the fact that we no longer owed them anything. Even after that, people have come by our house and continued texting my husband about these fees that have been proven non existent. Although everyone my husband has directly spoken to has been kind and respectful, this company is to not be trusted and should not be a headache you have you put up with.

Edgar was Great. However I am disappointed w Greenway because they didn't tell me German roaches are an additional charge 100.$ for 6 months. Never got the agreement, be careful, didn't know I needed to tell them what type of 🪳

I’m not sure why I would pay for a mosquito extermination when we don’t have mosquitoes. I’ve been trying to get rid of mice which have never been taken care of, I did have someone acknowledge that they were here by leaving a door tag, but I’ve also had times when people never showed up when they said they were coming. Be careful of signing up, there is an agreement for a year I believe, so if you don’t like the service, there’s nothing you can do about it. I’m not impressed

Someone came to my door offering pest control services shortly after I moved into my new home. I had them come treat that week on the agreement that they do inside and outside, a termite inspection, dewebbing, garage, and certain other insect control. We had someone stay home from work at their request so they could come do the inside, and they left without doing it. I had to call twice before someone came back, at which time they were already hounding me for the MONEY for services not completed. Those initial services have still not been completed more than a month later, but they have gone on to add charges for another round of service that I have NOT received. I have texted and called regarding this and received no resolution. Further, the treatment that was “100% guaranteed” did not work at all in my garage. I don’t recommend.

I’m very disappointed with the service. Last month they supposedly came out, but there was no note left or any difference. This month when the technician showed up he was rude and unprofessional. I called to cancel and they told me I signed a two year contract when that was never discussed. The sales person originally said that I can cancel after a few months, which is why I’m surprised I had to pay $279 to cancel. Deceptive marketing and sales strategies. Horrible service, horrible company, horrible customer service do not recommend. Save your money and do it yourself Today 8/26 this man with glasses showed up and when we told him that we didn’t see a note last month and weren’t sure if we wanted to continue the service the guy said something like “Ok doesn’t matter to me” and just walked back to his truck which prompted us to call and cancel- very unprofessional.

My appointment was at 5 no one was here at 5 accept a door card saying you came. I’ve been home all day and the only person I met and saw was Mike. Nothing looks treated, my flower bed looked trampled on and I can only hope that the job was actually done. If my appointment was set for a certain time, than I'm expecting you to be here at that time or call my phone if you’re coming sooner or later than the appointment time. If I’m going to pay for services then I expect promptness and honesty.

⭐☆☆☆☆ ⭐☆☆☆☆ Switching to Greenway Pest Control was a huge mistake. After using another company for 9 years without issues, I decided to change to Greenway, swayed by their pushy salesman. That was the start of my problems. Despite their promises, my pantry is now covered in ants, and I’ve had to throw away most of my food. The service has been unreliable—on their first visit, the technician arrived 5 hours late, nearly costing me my job. The salesperson assured me that Greenway would treat the trees, eliminate all bugs and rodents, and completely get rid of the ants. None of that happened. I’m extremely dissatisfied and want a refund and immediate cancellation of services. I do not recommend Greenway to anyone.

I’ve been waiting over (2) months to receive any type of updates from “Andrew”. They initially sprayed the wrong house on file and ended up spraying my house with blue dye which is in an HOA community. (Plants are dying). Now with that being said I payed my remaining balance in full as to ensure I can get both of my properties billed separately when I rejoined. I had (1) of each spray Pesticide & Pest control left in my contract. They are claiming I am not going to receive my pest control because they sent a technician out who never sprayed. Also mind you even if they don’t provide any service they still send out a confirmation/ congratulatory email saying that it was completed. I have caught this on (2) occasions now. Well here we are waiting on Andrew or any type of management to reach out 2 months later. I’ll keep on waiting!!!!

I just signed a contract for two houses. Last week they showed up to spray for the first initial spray. Went outside later that day looked up and webs all above my front door , back patio chairs, and doorways. Never cleaned off the webs outside as promised on either houses. They then rescheduled me for yesterday on one of the houses. I asked for it to be changed as at one house black ants were on our walls and kitchen floors were covered with ants. Had to spray with ant spray . They were everywhere. I was told that they would be at that house and that my appointments would be changed. Greenway NEVER showed up at either appointments. I even called about 3:00pm and was told it was on the schedule and that they would be there. I was told throughout the day I would hear back from someone and NOTHING. This is NOT what I signed up for and they make you sign a contract for a year. They tell you they will come out every 3 months but if you need service in between they will come out. This is the first time going to their website. Clearly states they do same day appointments. Well I’m here to tell you they can’t even go on appointment days. I want my money back and out of this contract. When you have to do your own spraying that’s telling me something. These ants are dead cause I had to use ant spray from Lowe’s.
