Brandon White is excellent. He came even early today (who does that?) and sprayed indoor and out. Even got up close and personal with my giant cactus outside my bedroom window. Since in my opinion I was bitten by a black widow and have been so sick lately it was a relief to have him redouble efforts. He is a great employee and you are lucky to have him. He deserves a raise.

Dylan was very attentive and professional. He found a leak in our water hose and contacted me. He was willing to go around and take all our hoses off to protect from freezing! Above and beyond! He’s the best!

No longer a local company. Appears they have sold out to a conglomerate. You now speak with some call-center across the country. Quality of service at the home depleted as well. Was a customer for 5+ years, sent many references to clients and friends to use their services Over the years. Wife got cancer and we fell under hardship. No respect or understanding from the company. Disgusted with how I was treated. Will find a local company now that cares about human beings, and not just money.

I signed up for an annual contract with Pest Defense Solutions and when my contract ended I called and told them I no longer wanted their services. I then received a voicemail stating I had an appointment the next day. I called and left a voicemail stating that I no longer wanted their services and to cancel the appointment. I never received a call back or an invoice for the service I canceled. This process continued every 3 months, with me calling after work to cancel the service. Now they have sent me to collections for 3 services I canceled and for all I know did not receive since I never received an invoice and my dog has free range to my back yard which covers 65% of my property. Now I am expected to pay for these unwanted, canceled services. I am extremely frustrated by this companies lack of communication and responsiveness to my requests to cancel their services and very upset that I am now expected to pay over $300 for something I never wanted and don't even know if I received. Beware of this company! Edit: Since receiving a response from the company I have reached out three times through an email I was provided. I have also begun receiving collection calls daily since leaving this review. I was feeling optimistic after receiving the response from the company below but am now feeling even more disappointed by their lack of responsiveness to my attempts to resolve this with them.

We have tried quite a few different pest control companies in ABQ, and we have settled on Pest Defense since at least 2019. The representative always calls or texts me the day before she arrives, which is very helpful. The technician is always on time, wearing a mask if I request it, and always polite and very professional. If I want a re-spray, after the recent spray treatment brought out the pests, they schedule me a second one. They don't charge extra for that, which is impressive. The technician always closes my gates and leaves everything as she found it. I really am very pleased with Pest Defense Solutions. So much so that I am hiring them to replace/ install the rubber barrier thing at the bottom of my garage doors. This is great because I will be getting the barrier type that deters rodents; I get monthly checks from Pest Defense Solutions for mice in my garage. I can repost another review after the installation soon. So here it is, some months later and the garage door eyelashes don't work to keep out the rodents. Plus, the pest defense solutions employee said she would install the eyelashes for $500. She did the installation, but she didn't bring enough to finish the whole job. She has promised me that she will come cover the holes in my garage door lip, but it's been over a month and she's not responding to phone calls either. I have called the office and Left a message for the management to call me about this and the $50 discrepancy in my bill for the eyelashes. So far it has been a week and the management has not responded to my calls and messages. Everyone used to give this place five stars but if you look at the reviews that this place gets now recently, something has happened over there. All they get is one star reviews now. That should tell you something. Finally, when I drove over to the manager 's office and asked to speak to him, his trainee tried to get the owner to come talk with me, but the owner refused to come out to the lobby. I don't know what has happened over there, but they have lost customers by treating them so badly. Update: there's a new manager in town. He called me and got Tyler to come out to the house and fix the eyelashes on my garage door. And he did it for free just like he was supposed to. He wanted me to come back to Pest defense solutions. But I have already signed a contract with a different company.

the worst company we had ever tried. they did not come on time. i had an appoinment but they did not show up, tried to call and they gave the other appoinment at 9 but they showed up at 11 am( my restaurant open at 10:30). calling to manager for explaination but they ignored. they charged fee for the first time for a lot of money but the second time will never come on time. Be carefull of your money. never come back and no highly recommend to anyone

Buyer Beware!! We have been using their services for years with no complaints. Last week I received a letter in the mail from a collections agency stating I owed $572.81 for failure to pay Pest Defense Solutions. My account was set up on auto pay and have not had any issues and was never notified from Pest Defense that a balance was due. Looking back on past invoices as they continued to service my home, there was no mention of a balance due and my invoices stated we were current. I would have gladly paid the past due amount if someone would have reached out to let us know the issue. Pretty sad that they operate in this manner. After calling the collections agency, GB Collections, the service rep that I spoke to stated that Pest Defense Solutions is notorious for this type of thing. They lost a long time customer.

The technician said he would follow up in 10 days. He never came. No communication. No way to contact the local office directly. A phone service answers. A person takes a message, logs it into the system, and nothing happens. No one calls back. Terrible service

Completely and utterly unreliable. Do not depend on them, do not use them. I had an appointment for between 3p and 4.30p, I waited nobody came, nobody called. I called the office profuse apologies - the man who was supposed to come, Luther, would call me - he never called. What was surprising was the office had no way of getting in touch with him. Completely and utterly unprofessional. Stay away

They just show up on their terms to do sprays even when you have told them 100 times you dont want a spray. I have let the office know thru phone and email to cancel service and yet they still try to show up and spray. Worst company ever to work with

They came to my house and sprayed without my permission. They did not call me or ask permission and then sent me a bill for $83.06. They will be reported to the BBB and I strongly recommend no one uses their services.

Initially this place was great when I had them come out for a one time service and a 2 week follow up. Then the lady who answers the phone made it seem like such a great deal for the money if I signed up for regular services. Come to find out they charge your account every other month for absolutely no work then when you need them to spray again they’ll charge you another $100 on top of the “great deal” you signed up for. This place has terrible customer service when I called to complain about this and let them know this was never explained to me all they said was well if you cancel you’ll have to pay 60% of the cost for 1 year of services ! Also I was told they have thousands of customers and now I know why... they’re trapped in a bullshit contract! I do not recommend this company. This company has no customer service and deserves one star. Next is a complaint to the BBB!

It’s so sad that I watched these people not spray my house! Still charged me twice!! So I cancel service! They never offered to work with me! Not that I would have ever trusted them again! Yet they did report it to the credit bureau I still owed them money!! Just wow!! Make sure you watch them and if they are actually doing their job!
