I called and spoke with Nicholas who was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the kind of issue I think I'm having. They were very accommodating to the times I was available and Chris came out the next morning. I felt that Chris was very thourough and did not rush. I ove this company. The first time Chris came out and got rid of my wasp nest. He was so kind and informed me about the type of wasps that I had and got rid of them. He also sprayed my eaves and the enclosed area above my front door to make sure they wouldn't come back. Then yesterday, Josh came out because I had a mouse under my kitchen sink and he put boxes in the areas that I showed him outside and also under my sink and in another area of my house. He was so helpful and made sure my dog was safe and couldn't get to the boxes in the house or outside. I will continue to use this company. They are amazing and both Josh and Chris great. You can't go wrong with this company or either of these two great men.

Fantastic experience. Nick came out and did a thorough inspection, set my mind at ease, and clearly explained what we had going on and what was to be expected. This company went above and beyond in the treatment and completely took care of our issue. I am so grateful we went with Organic Pest Control. Furthermore, we had a couple other quotes and the inspectors tried to push a much more expensive option that in hindsight was not necessary. Don’t hesitate to call this company as they will be honest and helpful - making sure you get a resolution to whatever pest issue you are experiencing. 5 STARS

Organic has been our go to pest control for the last 4 years. Our technician Josh is always thorough and efficient, and went out of his way to find out treatment information for our struggling grape vines. They did an amazing job removing weeds (yes they do that too, not just pests) from one of our properties. It was completely over grown and now looks like new. Highly recommend!

Josh did a great job of explaining the process to get the huge ant population at my place under control. He worked quickly and well, and I have scheduled a follow-up appointment in a month. If this works, I will be so grateful as I have tried every way I know to get rid of the ants, with no good result!

Rating this way because the mailbox is full. You either catch him or you don't, leaving a message seems a bit like a graveyard situation.

Josh was communicative, friendly, and professional. The price is right with no contract or hidden fees. Follow up appointments are explained concisely and thoroughly if needed. My dogs are nervous around people and Josh was kind enough to give them some treats so they felt more comfortable. He was in and out in 20 minutes after spraying the entire perimeter and eating areas. Would definitely use again.

Organic Pest Control is a top-notch company from the time the appointment was set to the actual service call. Everyone is professional, efficient, and friendly. I’ve been paying ~$90/month for the last four months. The ants and roaches are still an issue. I finally bought grocery store bug spray and it worked better. They also continue to contact my ex’s number after I’ve told them to change the main contact several times and they keep cancelling/changing their schedule on me. I’m going to be taking my business elsewhere.

Well my original review at the end of March was 5 stars. Now in June after finding lots of big healthy roaches all over my bedroom- i’m changing my review to 1 star. This stuff clearly doesn’t work well enough. Would not recommend this service unfortunately.
